Check-in was awful. Check-in was at 4. We arrived at 4:05 waited in a line 20+ ppl long & no one’s rooms were ready. Everyone in the lobby was waiting on their rooms. Over 50 ppl. Then we asked to have them hold our luggage while we went to the Astros’ game & waited for our room to be ready…they didn’t have a secure room. Just a sliding door to a conference room…unlocked. And they used Post-It notes to mark our luggage.

Night staff unfriendly. Hookers in and out of hotel. Noises , banging furniture and doors. This location was not good.
