Hotel staff was very helpful concierge help us to obtain food after other restaurants in casino had closed. The casino was very nice. Very comfortable. A little bit too cold at night and room service was great. The food was just fantastic. Taste like home cooking. Always received hot and with a smile.

Overall, a good experience. The front desk staff were professional but not very friendly. All other staff, especially the wait staff in the restaurants, were very friendly and pleasant which made up for the stiff demeanor of the front desk staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a great view of the river and pool area. No complaints whatsoever!

They still allow smoking in the casino so that is disappointing. Food options aren't as good as they were several years ago.
