Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Wetumpka

Room was clean and staff was very helpful. The 1st room we were given had no hot water but staff promptly assigned us another room . We loved the room and the surrounding casino and restaurants and will definitely be back at some point.

This place was excellent, except for the bed. We stayed in a corner balcony quiet, and the mattress was visibly broken down. Disappointing in the lack of comfort for the price. But, the hotel and staff were amazing!

Neil was amazing at check in and valet! Gave me a birthday card and balloon at check in. Service prompt! Free play always fair. Food choices limited. BBQ place is great.

Staff is terrible. After being told we couldn’t check in until management did a walk through of our suite, we found actual drugs in our suite so we let the front desk know by phone. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it. When we got downstairs no one communicated what had happened and was treated very poorly by the staff. When we finally talked to someone who seemed to have some kind of authority they stated they would get the manager.. that never happened. They ended up giving us $80 in food voucher… but on top of this situation we weren’t given our amenities package or told about wrist bands for the pool. Paying for a regular room and being treated this way is one thing and uncalled for… but paying for a suite and being treated this way is ridiculous

No breakfast included therefore not a good deal to stay here

Room was dirty , items left in fridge , no shampoo/conditioner/soap.

The check in person was very polite. The room was clean and smelled amazing. Staff asked daily if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Decent hotel but a little overpriced for what you get. Nice grounds, pretty spot near the river. Clean casino. Very nice pool area. Went to enjoy pool, but impossible. Hot day, young kids 20-45 of them, 4-18 year olds completely dominated the pool and hot tub areas until maybe 8pm and the pool area closed an hour or two later. Typical situation at pool and very slow and meaningless response from management. No breakfast included. Must ask for shampoo and soap.

the staff was very rude and was not helpful with were anything was. the reservation and customer service on the phone is a joke. just switch to ai if you are going to outsource the call center anyway. would recommend an econolodge over this place strictly due to customer service

The place was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful. The casino was excellent (didn't win) but very nice. We will be back.

Enjoy it stay at the hotel each time. The food selection in the hotel is a bit expensive and ok. The breakfast joint they have is great.
