So I said I’m sorry I must have the wrong number. He said Wexford? I said yes is this the hotel and he said yes hello Wexford. So I was a little afraid of what I was gonna find when I arrived there because of the unprofessional way that he answered the phone. But when I arrived, the outdoors were impressive, he immediately helped me check in, am I room looked like it was remodeled yesterday. Everything was pristine and very impressive for the price that I paid. The television was huge. Have never seen one in a hotel that big.!! there was also a very large gas fireplace, which I thought maybe there would be a remote control for it or instructions on how to turn it on, but there wasn’t. So I just felt around the surface and all of a sudden it turned on, apparently it was a touchscreen. Lol who knew? They had very large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and lotion and hand soap. There was a microwave and a midsize refrigerator with a larger freezer that I am just not used to in hotels. They even had a single package of a makeup wipe, and a shower cap! There was a coffee machine that was stocked with all the supplies. In the outer door was always locked so you had to use your key to get in which made me feel very safe. My only complaint is the bed was very har

The staff is so friendly and accommodating to your needs. It’s also in the perfect location. Highly recommend! ❤️

Also, the beds are smaller than they typically are in a hotel room. I believed the room we had booked should have had two queens, but instead the beds were barely bigger than twins. I can’t recommend staying at this hotel unless it is your only option in your price range. I wish I had spent a bit more to get a trusted, name brand hotel.

This is a relatively new hotel (motel?) that is only decent because it’s still new. Many broken or not working details already. Rooms are relatively clean

All in all, not a bad experience, just a little different. Lighting and no carpeting took a little time to get used to. I also appreciated the night manager taking the time to make 2 trips up to our rooms to get the tv situation rectified. And the coffee machine was fine for that first morning cup. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Nice basic hotel. Comfy bed and awesome rainfall shower head. The only thing missing was a refrigerator for my water. Would definitely recommend.

Don't expect anything fancy, but the price reflects this and is more than reasonable for the quality of the stay. The lobby and exterior need work, so I was hesitant when I checked in, but the rooms are great; I appreciate that they renovated them as the first step in reviving this property. Huge TV, wall fireplace, comfy bed & good bedding, updated washrooms and clean & fresh towels. There is no coffee maker, but they have a microwave (no dishes or utensils) and a good-sized fridge. Bonus: it is right next door to a bar/restaurant that I thoroughly enjoyed, the Thornhill Tap-House (https://thornhilltaphouse.com). All in all, this is a great overnight stop for those travelling through.

It’s recently opened and beautiful! I love the decor and the giant televisions! Location. Everything around it (gas stations and restaurants) were closed by the time we got back to our hotel at 10pm

I like being on the bottom floor but they were doing renovations but this is a great hotel for the price and the manager checks the grounds at night time

I have stayed in this hotel a few times. They are remodeling currently. The room i got this time smelled of cat urine. They were painting downstairs so it possibly was that but im not sure. I do enjoy the previous rooms ive had so it was probably an off day. Will stay again.

The room was not very clean and small. Hotel was noisy and it was hard to park because there were trucks parking everywhere in their parking lot. What was the weirdest that I booked for 2 nights, but after my first night, housekeeping threw away my toothbrushes, toothpaste, and the water I had in the fridge. They thought I had checked out even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door knob. For the price that they charged, I would have found a much better place.
