We used to come here every year as a treat and always loved it. We moved out of the area and were driving through and wanted to stay again. The room was tiny, the bathroom tiny, and outdated. There were a pile of beer cans in the common area and trash all over there the next morning. This is not the beautiful place we remembered and we were very dissatisfied

Staff was really welcoming and the public areas were well appointed. We enjoyed the out door pool. They were able to give us a roll away bed which was a nice perk. Our room had a patio which was a nice feature to be able to walk out onto the grounds. Our room was in an older wing and it was showing its age. Wall paper was showing some seams in our room. The beds were not very comfortable.

They were not ready for the 4 o’clock check in. A lot of people waiting!!!

I liked that the fact the pool was warm. The jacuzzis Jets were not working. My bed was super uncomfortable. We had extension cords connected to extension cords in our room which is a fire hazard!!!!!! I was locked out of my room three times! Also there was a housekeeper that was constantly banging the door next to us like 20 times at least when we were trying to sleep.

It was lovely and had all the amenities you could want/need The old rooms are dingy and really need updating. The lack of television channels/service options was crumby.

1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful. 2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing. 3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are not!! 4. We recently stayed for an entire week and they had entertainment only on weekends (last time we visited, there was entertainment nearly every night). 5. The ENTIRE RESORT needs a remodel. Even the paddle boat swans need replacing.

This is a very family friendly place. Some of the amenities are a bit worn but this place is a great place to make fun memories.

I'm sure that the resort was wonderful and if I had time to enjoy it I would have loved it. Staff were wonderful and the pool, golf, and everything else looked like it would be so much fun. I would come back with family and stay in a nicer room. The room was terrible. outdated, small, yucky carpet.
