Everything was great. Very clean!

Comfortable bed!

We stayed twice in five days and the coffee machine on the casino floor wasn’t working either time. We needed decaf and only regular coffee was offered. Housekeeping did bring extra pods to our room. Unfortunately the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working properly only dispensing a partial cup. On our first stay valet was very helpful and much appreciated. However when we returned for our second stay the valet was closed. It was pouring down rain and we were looking forward to the convenience of having valet parking again.

Nice place to stay. Casino had plenty of machines. Food was good! Staff was friendly.

The facility was wonderful and appears to have been recently renovated. The staff we saw were helpful but everywhere we went was extremely understaffed. We had very long wait times for check in, getting players cards and getting seated in a mostly empty restaurant. One person doing hostess, server and bussing tables

Property was clean and conveniently had dining on site.

Love the new updates to the rooms, casino and food courts! With more updates on the way! Will be back!

Our room was not very clean,we got a housekeeper that was in the hallway to come in and clean our tolit,because someone put chewing tobacco in the tolit and never flushed it so that told us it was not cleaned at all,the there was also a black towel under the sink shelf that we also found after the housekeeper had come back to clean the tolit,we also told her father there was little rocks on the floor with little pieces of paper and the 1 bed looked like it hadn't been made right she said it just wasn't made the right way. When the house keeper was leaving we looked on the floor and it looked to us it was a chew pouch laying on the floor she picked it up and then left. They beds weren't very comfortable .the casino was great and the buffet was amazing with amazing food the waitresses were also polite and very nice

Breakfast was wonderful. Casino was fun but couldn’t stay long as I wanted too . It was just too cold . Too much air conditioning. Staff was good. Could’ve used a table in our room. Since it was too cold to stay in the casinos. We tried to play dominoes and cards difficult. The buffet was awful. Chicken overcooked . Roast beef prime rib was horrible.if it Hadn’t been raining we would have left to go out and find a place to eat.
