Breakfast was wonderful. Casino was fun but couldn’t stay long as I wanted too . It was just too cold . Too much air conditioning. Staff was good. Could’ve used a table in our room. Since it was too cold to stay in the casinos. We tried to play dominoes and cards difficult. The buffet was awful. Chicken overcooked . Roast beef prime rib was horrible.if it Hadn’t been raining we would have left to go out and find a place to eat.

Had to wait 20 minutes to check in even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. Had to park in front and take 2 elevators to take clothes to room. Would not recommend

We had a great time betting on the dog racing 20 races won 7 races so much fun.know microwave in the room,but small refrigerator and coffee pot.On each floor the is a ice machine and snacks Machine

I found a bed bug in my bed on the last day of my trip. The hotel staff told me to contact Expedia to receive a refund. I asked to get written conformation this happened to me and all they gave me was $30 free play coins. When I call Expedia, they gave me $75 credit with them. Now Expedia claims they aren't able to contact the hotel, and the hotel claims they haven't heard from Expedia. Honestly, I hate complaining and I didn't know what to do. The housekeeper took the dead bug, and the lobby person said Expedia would handle the refund. I didn't ask for it I was offered it and now I'm being given the run around. The sad part was I loved my trip. I understand things like this happen and it's beyond the hotels control. I'm sure they're going to take care of it. However, what's not be handled properly is my treatment in this matter.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We had breakfast and the staff was extremely helpful and the meals were delicious and relatively inexpensive.
