The hotel is okay for one night.

Staff was helpful. We were downgraded from a king supersuite to a queen double bed because we had a dog and had to have a room without carpet. Queen double bed room was a big disappointment, Bare minimum. crowded. closest door to outside was broken. Did not get a refund of the price difference thru hotels.com/expedia

There was hair in the tub. There was only 1coffee cup and no regular coffee in the room. The front desk did give us more when I asked.

I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere. The carpet was stained, and the shower was dirty. Come to find out she told me that they only clean the rooms every 2/3 days. I believe my sheets weren't even cleaned just the bed was made from the sheets of the last people who stayed there because the sheets themselves were dirty too. The biggest waste of money I've ever spent. I highly recommend that you do not book here. You will regret it.

The pool was freezing. Our rooms didn’t have enough towels in it. Our shower/tub was dirty. The continental breakfast was bare. The only fruit they had were a couple apples. For someone who can’t have gluten, the only thing there was out to eat was yogurt and they only had 1 kind. And there were only two low tables for families with a high chair, one of which only had 2 chairs at it and was right in the way of others were trying to get breakfast.

The building and rooms are slightly older, but everything was well maintained. Very clean and the staff was great. I wouldn't think twice about booking here again.
-
The hot tub in the pool room was broken, the sauna didn’t work, there were bugs in my room, the ice machine was out of order.

Room had bare minimum towels. House keeping didnt do a thing the 3 days we were there. Carpets and walls havent had a proper clean in awhile. Appliances all had their "quirks." Pool area had 4 towels and just dingy. Across the board this place was clearly " bare minimum " ran mentality. Would never recommend. Will never visit again.

Breakfast was minimal. Didn't bother to eat on second morning. Location was adjacent to interstate highway - quite noisy. Room on 2nd floor. No elevator for disabled spouse. No telephone in room. Contact with front desk was through 800 number. Shortage of minimal towels, had to request more.

Breakfast staff was very helpful Decent breakfast selection Room was very warm despite air conditioner. Only two towels in a room for 2 people Handicapped room had no way to turn on and off lights by bed. I THINK there was a remote for it but it didn't work if that was what it was for didn't do anything when buttons were pressed

Good location. Nice lobby. Good AC, which was surprising for a MN hotel. The hot tub was out of commission. Sheets were never changed. I got something on one set the first night. Luckily there was another bed.
-
It was warm outside the two days we were there, however, I don’t feel like it was so hot and humid that the rooms should have smelled musty and the bedding felt damp. Made it hard to sleep.

Overall, a good hotel to stay at. Rooms/building did seem a little outdated but still in great condition. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful!
-
Love the location and restaurants. Some of the the staff need a little brush up.
-
Good value for the price. Breakfast was good. Remote control for the window shade put the shade up but would not put it down so shade was up all night. Had to change clothes in bathroom.

I absolutely love this hidden gem!!! Staff is so kind and helpful, they never hesitate to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible!!!! Breakfast was yuuuummmmmy!!!! Egg rounds and sausage, breads, cereal, hardboiled eggs, some days biscuits and gravy (all days fried potatoes, just microwave them a smidge bit and they'll be perfect!)... Bath towels were the softest and best I've EVER experienced at a hotel! Hubby and 5 y/o (on the spectrum) had a BLAST in the pool! they have an outside patio with grill and cornhole... Over all i give this place an 11/10!!!!!

Elevator was out of order. Breakfast items were hit-or-miss.

Was dissapointed with the pool area, which I wish I wouldve have known prior to reserving or atleast check in that the Hot Tub jets were down (the water was murky), the sauna wasnt working and had to find towels. I kinda expected a little discount say the least. With that I probaly will not stay at that location again.
