Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford

Overall, a very good stay.

The hotel was very clean. Friendly staff great location.

Exceptional

Remodeled. Very nice

Superb

Very good

The original room be were assigned wasn’t even ready when we received the access cards for. Also, few times the access cards wouldn’t work and we had to go and let the concierge reset the cards.

The beds were extremely squeaky. Each time someone rolled over it was noticeable. The in Roman amenities could be better. There was no hand soap for washing face and hands, no lotion, just no extra at all.

I stayed with my dog. The location was convenient for driving. We visited Crater Lake from here and the drive was beautiful and not that long. The hotel was very nicely maintained. The only issue was they only had one elevator and it was slow; with the exception of moving our luggage in and out we took the stairs.

Easy to find. Efficient check in and check out. Clean.

Very clean and quiet.Great location and breakfast

Very clean! Staff are very helpful and kind! Would stay there again.

Quiet room, great bed. We have stayed there a couple of times before, looks like they have done a bit of a re-furb since the last time. Good wi-fi. 24 hr coffee in the lobby is nice. Breakfast is a notch above some others, and it starts at 5 am. No real complaints. Ice machine was not functioning on our floor, but no big deal.

Roomy and clean room. Staff very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Clean place

Close proximity to Crater Lake & local restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.

.

I got a king size bed and even though it was for one night ( we were traveling by town) it was a wonderful experience. My fiance first time at a best western and he really love how clean the room was, there was air conditioning, how helpful and friendly the staff was. More importantly he really love the breakfast. We are excited to travel again and hopefully going with best western again. Thank you!

Clean. Quiet. Good price. The phone didn't work.

It was Clean and all staff polite. We had a noise problem from the hall way and door slams , we let the front desk know about it next day. they changed our room to another room quickly and we had a very quite night and slept well. thank you
