When I arrived our room hadn’t been air conditioned, the temperature was likely nearing 90 in our room. We turned the AC on and sat sweating, waiting for it to cool down— which took several hours. The AC hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like a LONG time and was covered in what I hope was just dust and not mold. But had to run it anyway because of how hot it was. We only stayed one night. Seemed clean otherwise. Wouldn’t go back in the heat though. Awful hot.

There was no hot tub, no vending machines. The whole side door glass was completely broken out as if someone shattered it to get in. The parking lot was big, open and sketchy. Signs saying the owners are not responsible for any vehicle break ins. The clerk was very sweet but when I was sent to my room, the air conditioner was completely off with it being 4pm and 96 degrees outside, plus the heat index so I had to turn it on full speed to try and cool down. The door that led to the inside had stairs to the second floor and the whole interior reeked off weed and cigarettes. My room smelled of terrible, old perfume or spray that was extremely overpowering. I had a couple of live roaches in the bathroom.(YUCK) So I made sure not to leave my toothbrush out. The room was old, but served its purpose for one night.

The only bad thing I have to say is the bedside lights on both sides of the bed are annoyingly too bright. When trying to plug a computer or a phone cord into the plug ins underneath the lights it's impossible to see where the plugs ins are and where to plug the cords in. The lights are right in your eyes and makes it impossible to see. I wouldn't have those lights in my bedroom at home if they were free.

I had an excellent stay the room was very clean, check in and out was easy. The only thing I was disappointed in was the light breakfast they had it could of had a little more to choose from and a better coffee dispenser.

Upon arrival, we noticed how clean the parking lot was, going inside the clerk greeted us with a smile and was one of the quickest check-ins we have ever had. Our room was very clean and was beautifully decorated. Only complaint was the water pressure was not real good, but ok and there was no coffee pot in the room. My husband was quite surprised the swimming pool was open and was very clean. We were there for a class reunion and couldn't have been more pleased with our room. Great place to stay.

The location is great for my needs The workers went into my room after I told them I did not need anything!!! They waited until I went to get food and entered anyways!!!!

Bigger than it looks from the road, which almost caused us not to choose it. It was clean. It was quiet but some guest like anywhere don't know how to be quiet. I would request more towels being my only complaint but I like plenty of towels. Room set up was great. Price was elevated because the influx of people working an outage. Bit all the other hotels were the same. This one was about $75 cheaper than the ones that consider themselves the best. Best hotel for the price.

Nothing they stole our money. We did not stay. They said they would refund us but then gave us no refund and lied and said we stayed there when we did not. The place smelled bad also. Wouldn’t honor the rate we got the room for on booking.com. So we asked for a refund to go else where. The manager there is a liar. Everything do not stay here

Hotel was clean, no complaints on the room whatsoever, and staff was helpful and informative. Definitely disappointed in the breakfast offered: breakfast only consisted of yogurt and granola bars, apple & orange juice, and coffee. Pool was unavailable all weekend so was not happy with that. Other than that, stay was pleasant
