The shower water pressure is extremely low, although the water does get nice and hot. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. The most ridiculous thing in the room was the “mini fridge.” It’s more like the tiny fridge you’d use to store skincare products. If you want an actual mini refrigerator, you have to rent one from the front desk for $10 per day. The on-site restaurant was also disappointing. Our waiter, Paul, was one of the worst servers we’ve ever had. He was rude, abrupt, and when I asked what the most popular items on the menu were, he appeared to read the menu while answering because he didn’t seem familiar with it. The food was bland and lacked seasoning, and my steak was cooked almost well done even though I ordered it medium rare. Overall, we were not impressed and would not choose to stay here again.

Homey cozy place. A bit more like a small hotel than a bed and breakfast. A bit dated; last renovation seems to be many years ago. Nice quiet restaurant and bar on premises.

A lovely establishment, we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful town, beautiful building with Victorian charm, friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe. Ample parking. Close to Dartmouth. Will likely stay again even though a bit expensive. Some dust and other minor cleaning irritants- we’re very allergic. Suggest a deep clean and removal of unnecessary shelves in bathroom if. It using. Some framed decor is a little creepy.

Karen at the front desk is the best. Always welcoming!

Great spot, locally owned, great service!

The property is very nice, the restaurant being accessible and the breakfast in the morning were both very good! The insides were very nice and historical. The staff was amazing and accommodating! The sitting rooms were pretty and the porches to sit out on were very nice as well! It’s just outside of Hanover so it is an easy drive the there. Rooms were clean and nice! Availability to water, I believe you had to go down stairs to get water in the main building.

The Norwich Inn exceeded our expectations. The room was not only well appointed with a gas fireplace (so nice!), but the beds were so very comfortable and the entire room was exceptionally clean. We treated ourselves to a dinner at their restaurant. It was delicious and the service was exceptional. Every employee we spoke with was so personable and helpful. We loved our stay and if ever in that area again, will most definitely stay there. We highly recommended it to our niece and her husband to stay at when attending a wedding at a later date and they have made reservations to do so. Nothing could have been better.

Nice New England Inn with great attached restaurant/ brewery. Dinner was fantastic - didn’t try the breakfast. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The in-room fridge is very small.
-
It would have been nice if the continental breakfast were included.

Our trip was wonderful. The room was so beautiful, the staff were very helpful and the inn was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. I would recommend staying here for seeing the Fall foliage.
