Everything was clean and had all the utility

Clean spacious rooms, great area of town close to everything we needed on the West side.

Location No breakfast for the price. Staff were all right but not as personable as expected for a customer service position.

We had a bunch of insane noisy people next to us. Beating on the walls screaming and yelling in the halls past 1am. Sleep was non existent.

The room was unbearably hot when we got to the room.

It was roomy good pillows. Sounded like the person above me was jumping and run back and forth in their room but didn’t complain and stopped before I went to bed

My room was very clean and spacious.

Nice and well maintained

My room here was great.; very clean and organized. My pet peeve is a dirty bathroom, no problems here. These rooms come with a kitchenette an a large fridge. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that were not as nice as this one. I will be staying here from now on when visiting Wichita. Located in a very nice location with fast food restaurants withing walking distance.

Management was polite and respectful. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

We had several issues with our room/stay. Room was right across the hall from the elevator. Woke up at 5am every day. Asked for no room but not give. No closet,could not raise blinds and bulkhead less than 6’. My husband hit forehead in middle of night.

Room was clean.. bed was exceptional. Very comfortable. Quiet. Temp easy to control.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and great for kids. The hotel is located near several restaurants and near the Sedgewick County Zoo. Neighborhood seemed clean and safe.
