Candlewood Suites Wichita Northwest by IHG

My floors has not been swept and mopped! I would never stay again. I am waiting for my $100. Incidental refund, that I was not told about.

Pet friendly, stuff was awsome

Very clean and accessible hotel! Great staff!

Told the desk the toilet seat was broken. It was never fixed. Elevator was broken. The property seemed like it was under staffed.

It would be nice if club members didn’t have to pay a deposit for every stay😬

Clean & easy to access

No breakfast provided.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. The beds were a little uncomfortably warm, even when the room temperature was very comfortable.

In my daughter’s room the refrigerator did not work. She had to put her food & milk in my room

When we checked in to our room it hadn’t been clean . We were traveling with a small group and wanted to be in room close to each other so we were moved to an accessible room. The fridge was broken so we weren’t able to keep food in it . The floors weren’t vacuumed well. I stepped on two prickly items . There was also a bad spoiled smell in the hallway.

Exceptional

The property was updated, everything was clean, comfortably and the staff was great. Great place to stay.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. It would be nice to know that there was going to be an additional $100 deposit once I got the hotel. I really was screwed! I booked online so I didnt have any extra money. As I was walking out to my car to see if my spouse could loan me the $100 deposit, they hotel charged my card. So if my spouse wouldn't have had the $100 I literally would have been out the room rate and no where to stay. I was told I would have to cancel and get my money back through booking.com. SHITTY customer service. Again, had I known PRIOR to showing up at the hotel that I needed an additional $100 deposit, I could have been prepared.

Clean and every thing you need is there. No breakfast! Less expensive hotels do.

very clean room and lobby. Easy location to restaurants

Super easy check in, very clean. The walls are like paper thin. Heard everything, and our room was right next to the elevator so you heard it non stop.
