The property was updated, everything was clean, comfortably and the staff was great. Great place to stay.

Clean and every thing you need is there. No breakfast! Less expensive hotels do.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. It would be nice to know that there was going to be an additional $100 deposit once I got the hotel. I really was screwed! I booked online so I didnt have any extra money. As I was walking out to my car to see if my spouse could loan me the $100 deposit, they hotel charged my card. So if my spouse wouldn't have had the $100 I literally would have been out the room rate and no where to stay. I was told I would have to cancel and get my money back through booking.com. SHITTY customer service. Again, had I known PRIOR to showing up at the hotel that I needed an additional $100 deposit, I could have been prepared.

Super easy check in, very clean. The walls are like paper thin. Heard everything, and our room was right next to the elevator so you heard it non stop.

It is quiet, exceptionally clean and inviting. The personnel are welcoming and knowledgeable.

We had a bunch of insane noisy people next to us. Beating on the walls screaming and yelling in the halls past 1am. Sleep was non existent.

The room was unbearably hot when we got to the room.

It was roomy good pillows. Sounded like the person above me was jumping and run back and forth in their room but didn’t complain and stopped before I went to bed

My room was very clean and spacious.

Nice and well maintained

My room here was great.; very clean and organized. My pet peeve is a dirty bathroom, no problems here. These rooms come with a kitchenette an a large fridge. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that were not as nice as this one. I will be staying here from now on when visiting Wichita. Located in a very nice location with fast food restaurants withing walking distance.
