swimming pool was nice and breakfast was good
-
Breakfast was good....eggs could have been hotter. She gave us a room on the quieter back side, but it was on the back wall of the elevator, so that's all we heard half the night....but we secured the room the afternoon we stayed, so we will let that slide..probably already booked up. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall, with no provocation...probably been that way for a while and not fixed....#223 What looked like black mold was in the bottom seam of the shower wall. Toilet didn't want to flush right before we checked out...a problem with how fast it fills perhaps. Pillows were absolutely flat...not comfortable or fixable all night...flat.

I really enjoyed the rooms, and happy they had the breakfast but the food could be better. The pool was cloudy and it was super hot in the pool room. My kids all had stuffy noses and felt like crap after they swam. So im sure the PH was off or bateria was growing in the water. Everything was very clean and lots of room

No ice and water and went to the front desk for ice and it came out of a sack from a quick shop Didn’t take car info so a car alarm went off all night long

The hotel over all waw ok, There were a few things that I thought was really bad. The room cost us $200 a night, and you would think for that cost, they could afford to have ice for customers. Every ice machine in the hotel had a out of order sign on them. If you needed ice you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice, and they would give you a little bag of ice just big enough to fit in the palm of your hand, what a joke!! Then when we get up to the room, which was nice, the bedspread had big rips in it around the side, wow really, that's the best you can do Holiday Inn? The bedspread was so worn out and it wasn't like it just happened you could tell it had been there for awhile. I doubt if I'll be going back anytime soon, The ice thing was such a bunch of crap for what your paying !!

breakfast attendant was rushed and was not a soft close.. got a look from her for asking foe a plate.

Rooms were very modern, spacious and clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. While we were there the dryer broke. We were offered the staff’s dryer to dry our clothes. We appreciated that.
-
I did not like the layout of this hotel room. The sliding door to the bathroom was at the end of the bed, and was a frosted window, so leaving the light on to get there in the night lights up the bedroom. Otherwise nice stay.

Staff was friendly room was clean, breakfast was good.

The rooms were old and dirty looking (stained furniture, stained carpet) and beds were small for a queen. The bathrooms were so old they looked dirty. Walls were bubbling with water damage and peeling paint. The bathtub was stained gray and brown and caulking was coming apart from wall and looked moldy. The pool room was so hot that it was unbearable to remain in to swim for any longer than 10 minutes. The hot tub was disgusting looking and didn't work. There were someone's fake eyelashes on the poolside, trash, nut shells, etc. on floor in the pool area. Upon check in, the staff member seemed to be the only staff on duty at a prime check in time and was on the phone for five minutes or longer and people in line had to wait for her to get off the phone to get checked in. The rooms were way overpriced for the quality of this hotel.

This was the best stay I've had so far on my cross country trip and back. The staff was amazing and so helpful. 10/10 recommend and will stay there again if I'm in the area.
