Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Northwest by IHG

Clean room

Bed had hairvin it I was itching due to that. Had to get another room that was a downgrade from the original

We always stay there when we are in town. It's dog friendly. Very clean, breakfast is always good, staff is always friendly.

Staff was good but rooms could use a few upgrades.

Convenience to Village Travels Not much hot water when showering and water pressure very low.

The lady upon check-in was OK, the ice machines were broke, they did not have complementary water like most hotels. The air conditioner in the room would not stay on, it would bounce between 70 and 74°. The refrigerator made a loud popping sound every couple of hours. The room was clean, as clean as you can get it with carpet.

Good

Something in the Hotel activated my daughters and my allergies pretty bad. The breakfast was good, and the scrambled eggs had flavor, that’s a first! It’s a good place to stay unless you have allergies.

Rooms and common areas need to be a little cleaner and have odors removed.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the hotel was quiet especially because it was full. We had a glitch with our room keys. It just didn't work. So we ended up in a different room. It was fine except for it was handicap accessible and I am always concerned that somebody will need that room.

Clean and friendly staff

Nice, clean hotel. I booked a two bed room, tried to give a single bed room for me & a buddy.

Nice

Holiday Inn used to be A+. Now a C.

The AC was super noisy and woke us up throughout the night. Front desk staff not friendly. Won’t stay there again.

Our two adjoining rooms were exceptionally clean! Deanna Mana

TV did not work first night. was offered another room and discount. discount couldn't be given when I asked. found someone else's sock on the floor. toilet lid and seat were broken and a real pain to lift up and down. tub looked dirty and moldy caulk

The staff was great. My remote to the TV had an issue but they replaced it within minutes.

Very good

Close to where I needed to be. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Could have been more light especially on the side with the coffee maker and tv
