The continental breakfast was a small pastry and an apple. Overpriced for what I got. I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less.

I'm going to preface this by saying that I've worked in hospitality for 16 years and am extremely lenient and understanding. This is probably the first 1 star review I've ever given. I booked a room for 4 nights through expedia. We arrived relatively late and tired after driving all day, so didn't get a great look at the room before passing out. The next morning, we noticed that everything in there was gross and sticky. It took looking at the bottom of my son's feet, who had been walking around without socks for about 3 minutes, to see how disgusting. They were literally JET BLACK. I politely called the front desk to tell them I wished to cancel the rest of my stay the next day, since we had already passed the check out time for that day, and that I was willing to pay for 2 nights, even though we would actually be leaving that day. The extremely rude woman in the office informed me that I couldn't recieve a refund because I booked through a third party. I called Expedia and negotiated a refund for the following 2 days. Me and my partner went into the office to, as politely as humanly possible, inform her of the situation. She literally stared at us like a hateful, yet brain dead sloth, for 30 seconds without saying anything, before we said we'd be leaving a comment. Worst hotel experience I've had in my 35 years of life, and I've had a lot. Still haven't recieved my refund, 5 days later.

No breakfast offered. No television available outside 3 channels. Upon checkin the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. I have spent several nights here over the last 6 years; however, overall experience keeps going downhill.

It's a great place for an overnight stop to rest. The room was comfortable the a/c unit worked great. Patty's Restaurant is across the street and you will be full when you leave. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Had problems getting the key to work because the light wasn’t working. It could use some upgrades.

. What's the wall next to toilet for?? Makes the toilet cramped. Floors got issues. I riped on damaged board. Place needs a real face lift. Reverse these. Closet to interstate and friendly lady at desk are the only pluses.

There wasn’t much hot water and the tub wouldn’t full with water.

Good exterior lighting. Poor lighting, ac/heater looks and sound like it's going to explode. Peeling paint, bird nests in some outside lights.

It was convenient right off the interstate. Because of a storm the parking lot was extremely icy ther was no attempt to plough it or put anything down to make it safelr

Staff was extremely horrible... they wanted to charge me for my husband's certified service dog even when i showed him the dogs certification.. he said that PTSD service dogs aren't qualified..i said he was for a veteran with PTSD and he has his certification.. he said he didn't care about veterans. He doesn't make the rules he just works there. Also they advertise continental breakfast and there was nothing besides awful coffee. Definitely not americas best especially since they don't care about veterans.will never stay there again

It was in a good location. I arrived at 10 PM. It was 31° outside checked in went to the room. No heat was on in the room. The room was 42°. I waited 10 minutes to see if it would heat up and it was blowing cold air went back up to the front desk told them the situation. They told me that I just had to wait for it to warm up so I sit in my car for quite some time waiting on the room to warm up and it only warmed up to 50 I went in went to bed never got over 60°. It said it had an exceptional breakfast. The breakfast was a basket of apples and snack cakes very disappointed. When I checked out this morning the guy at the desk was rude!
