Comfort Inn & Suites Wildwood - The Villages

They have an outdoor pool but we didnt use it.

We stayed one night as we were traveling through. For what we paid for the room, it was as expected. Nothing horrible, just no bells and whistles--just what we needed for the quick stay. The beds were not super comfortable, but the sofa bed was horrible. It squeaked and was terribly uncomfortable. The AC in our room didn't work great- the room felt very sticky all night. The bathroom was fine and provided the amenities that we needed. The included breakfast was very basic. All in all- it was an inexpensive night while traveling. We had the essentials needed but no bells and whistles.

AC wasn’t too good

knows the lock is acting up why are they assigning that room. Other than it was a great stay!

Only complaint the toilet was very very low to the ground definitely not the average height.

Room wasnt clean then put in second room.wth hair in bed. Slept in other bed that seemed ok. Not maintained motvsure about 8 6 rating.

Music was too loud during breakfast. No one could turn it down.

I know how important reviews are so I RARELY leave bad reviews, but despite the other reviews, you need to run away from this hotel. Note: the non management staff was really nice and kind. So here is the story: Room #1- in FLORIDA IN JULY, the A.C. didn't work at all- warm air coming out only. Room #2- They gave us another room with one king (we needed two beds but OK, maybe they were booked in two beds)- that A.C. had almost cool air coming out but it made one of the loudest weirdest noises all night we have ever heard an A.C. make. Room #3- on the second night, they gave us a room with two beds, and this time, we again had another A.C. that put out just barely cool air, but more importantly, I started to smell bad mildew in the middle of the night and I got up and the carpet around the A.C. was SOAKED. I took a video as proof. And yes, we know how to run an A.C. unit- all three of these were just terrible. And then it gets worse- with one night to go we had to return home early due to a family emergency. I know we had a non refundable reservation, but the front desk told us "no problem- the manager can take care of that in the morning." In the morning, she wasn't there and so we checked out and headed home. Long story short- she denied our 1 night refund even after telling us it would be fine. We never give bad reviews- but this place, other than front desk people, was a mess. I have a request for them to reconsider. Will update this review if they do.

The property needs an upgrade. The ac units didn't function properly, bedding seemed old and worn, elevator was malfuctioning as it had to be opened and closed by hand, and the air conditioning in the lobby was not working.

Ac barley works in two different rooms (had to switch rooms ac wasn’t great in the second room either) asked for the late check out got it approved by the manager but were told that we couldn’t do our late check out and the staff was clueless. Tub looked like it had blood in it wasn’t clean.

We only spent one night and left early so we didn’t get to eat breakfast there, but the room was clean and the check-in was easy. I do recommend staying here.
