The owners were very friendly and helpful. It was a great location. On site parking. I had a great stay.

Location was great for me as it was closer to north end of wildwood. Hotel is a small cute seashore hotel. Quiet location. Staff always close by if anything was needed. Continental breakfast convenient. Room was fine for me with coffee pot, microwave and tv. AC very good. Stayed there two weeks ago and again this past weekend. Would definitely return.

The Suitcase Motel was perfect for the days we needed to visit North Wildwood. The location was perfect and surrounding area served our needs. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Plenty of off street parking was available. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Coffee and baked items to start the day. As with most Wildwood motels it’s dated. Years of “fresh” paint and wear have paid their toll on the outside. Our room could use an update but was comfortable.

Room was clean , water was hot, it there were was after the season ended, so it looked like many rooms were being redone. Good location not a bad walk to beach, but kind of far for children. Nice people.

since I traveled alone, I was leary BUT, I felt very safe and comfortable....they made me very very "at home" ambiance....location....management...outdoor style....

Nothing Room was horrible . Outdated and the mattress was old and saggy. Owner was mean and very difficult to deal with. Booking.com should be ashamed to deal with this place.

Nothing The property was old no updates. The bathroom was in very poor condition pipes rusty. It just wasn’t good at all.

Pool was clean, rooms were clean, bed and pillows were super comfy. Loved the reading book. There were flowers and plants all around and cozy areas to sit and relax. The owners were super friendly and attentive, the free breakfast was nice. Decor and furnishings were very dated. Could definitely use some updating.

Rooms were a little dated, and not the highest cleanliness, but the staff were the best!

The owner was very nice. She made sure we were comfortable and had the air turned on when we got there it was the perfect temperature! We got lost a few times looking for the property because we are not from the area, the owner always answered the phone when we called to give us instructions on how to get there and she was readily available upon check-in and check-out.

Excellent hosts, good location and a family-style atmosphere. Thoughtful people.

I was basically harassed at check-in and was almost not able to fulfill it based on what was being asked for. I did not bring the card I used to pay for the hotel originally and had to jump through hoops to find the correct numbers, associated name on the account, etc. Never had such an experience checking into any hotel. The place had a very weird vibe too, with a special needs man always wandering around, I know he worked there and that's fine, but he was always there and when I went to check out I had to do a room check first. Again, a first when staying anywhere. Will not be going back.

Nothing. Upon check in, the woman at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. A friend and I booked this motel without knowing they had a policy of 25 and older. We were also not told about an upfront security deposit that we thought was included in the payment of $400 that we already made. We tried to work out some type of refund or compensation. They told us to contact booking.com to resolve it because they were not capable. We were able to get a half refund for the inconvenience we were experiencing with lack of information provided for us prior to booking the trip.

Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was included. Pool looked so refreshing. Alarm clock had USB connection. They even had pool towels. It would have been nice to have seen what the breakfast options were the night before so you can plan accordingly, But once you've had it once you know. : )

Location and ambiance I didn’t like that the air didn’t stay on

overall nice mostly quiet place. power kept going off Saturday night.
