The room was filthy. I had to use my own wipes to clean all the counters, tables and shower fixtures It looked as though nothing had been cleaned. We could not walk barefoot as the wood floor was dirty and coming apart in places, even held together by tape in one spot. The toilet seat was completely separated from the toilet. There was mold and brown gunk around all the fixtures in the shower, and I have photos to show this. The bath rug was damp as though someone had used it. The television worked intermittently and we had to just turn it off. We will never stay in a SureStay Best Western again. I did let the manager know about the conditions in an email.

‘They are allowed to have music’ but we said it’s much too loud…shortly after it was turned down. Breakfast room was chaotic…no one in attendance…( next to front desk) guest dropped some part of waffle maker fell…broken parts and glass everywhere..screaming children…its a very small space very cramped …we left…still no one showed up until later when we checked out

The rooms were not terrible. But the property on the other hand was trash, people parked everywhere. Trash cans out side were overflowing for 4 days, no House keeping.

In our room, there was only one hand towel and one face towel. Two bath towels only. The breakfast area had only two tables for forty + rooms -- and the orange juice was not drinkable. I WILL NEER STAY AT THIS FACILITY in the balance of my lifetime. In the future, I will use the booking services of a different agency.

When ever we feel like getting away we go to Best Western in Williams it's our "little get away" we always feel very comfortable I am trying to think of something to improve but it is aways perfect for us.

Location was great and the room was very comfortable. I would stay there again. They did not accept my certtificate for a ten per cent discount earned from Booking.com for consecutive nights, as they said I was already getting a discount. They were wrong to deny me the added discount, but it was not worth fighting over.
