The location was great The price for parking was not upfront it was in the fine details, why charge for parking when it should be involved

I really wish I could remember her name but the security guard that worked the night of August 31st through to September 1st was amazing and so helpful. The front desk was closed and she helped us when we were too tired to follow instructions after driving for so many hours. Truly the sweetest person!

Had a safe clean stay and central to our needs.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The moment you enter the villas, it feels like you are in a different world- very upscale; the decor was very beautiful, very Colonial. The staff was very friendly. You are no more than 15 minutes away from several tourist spots and restaurants. The host, April, was very helpful checking me in; she provided me with a list of the best restaurants to go to and those that needed reservations; she would make them for you. I am very pleased to say that i am looking forward to my nest trip

Exceptional

Everyone was very professional.

We cooked our own and it was lovely. No complaints. Everything was great.

15 mins from colonial Williamsburg, the amenities such as the pools, hot tubs, and gym were nice. Additionally the room was air conditioned well and felt spacious, clean. I wish there was a map advertised in the listing because I had no idea we would be a 5 minute walk from all of the amenities. This is a small walk, sure, but I was anticipating being in the same space as the front desk and amenities. Additionally, the $20 per day parking fee is hidden in the fine print and not clearly listed which feels deceptive. Finally, the bistro food was just okay, felt like frozen fast food and they were out of simply thinks such as starry soda and Pepsi.

Clean, private Noise was an issue for us personally. We had a baby who woke screaming daily.

The place was excellent but my shower was not clean very good we had hair in it and on the bathroom floor too

Requested ahead rooms near another couple but ended up in separate buildings which was frustrating. Other couples air conditioning was not working properly and their room was very damp.

Amazing property grounds

The smell was horrible. It smelled like old mildew/mold and humidity. We had to open the door to outside. It hits you right in the face as soon as you walk in the door to the building. The building is old and in need of updating and the room was no different. The room was clean but that’s about the only good thing I can say. I won’t be back to this property. This isn’t what I’m used to with Marriott. AND $20 to park is a rip off.

Great location, allows us to visit our grandkids in Williamsburg, while enjoying a nice location.

Pools and facilities were above average Did not expect a 20 dollar per day parking pass. Seem to cater to Marriott group members.

Great place will definitely will book it again in my next visit to Virginia.
