Staff were friendly and price was great! A lot of different restaurants to choose from that are very close by.

More comfortable bed especially the pull out couch.. review said king and queen bed but the couch is actually a pull out bed so I had to sleep in living room. If it says queen and king size bed like the pictures say, then it should only be two beds.

Very large and nice room

The outdoor pool was a big hit with many guests, and the elevators in each building were much appreciated & during this miserable heatwave the room AC units worked flawlessly. The staff members were very friendly, courteous and informative (relative to the immediate area amenities and events/happenings). As I said previously, a little updating is needed, but it won't stop me from staying here again.

I didn’t like the fact that you were required to empty your own trash into a dumpster behind the property. If you stayed longer than a couple of days, you had to ask for more trash liners. You also had to ensure you started the dishwasher.

This hotel is always and I mean ALWAYS a nice place to stay. The staff is amazing, and the amenities are great. However, there was a big roach dead on the floor in one of our rooms, the wood/counter frame was busted and the mirror on our wall pretty much fell off. But those small minor issues did NOT turn us away. We LOVE this hotel and will be back a fourth time!

Lovely one bed apartment with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. En-suite had a big walk-in shower. Free laundry available on each floor (not in-unit). Close to good restaurants and walkable to Colonial Williamsburg.

My second time here because they have all the amenities needed and the rooms are generous and clean. Closer to all the restaurants and convenient to parks and attractions.

The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and a great value. We used the pool which was a wonderful perk. The property is close to so many restaurants and the attractions we came to Williamsburg to see. I would recommend without hesitation.

We have stayed in so many hotels, and I have never been in a place that was as perfect as any place could be. We had a suite for a week. It was the size of a small apartment. We were completely surprised to see a second bathroom! We actually videoed the space and sent it to our families, we were so impressed. We were in the spotless pool everyday. I can’t say enough, especially as someone who has experience in the hospitality business. I’ll be looking for reasons to come back to the area just so we can stay at Patriots Inn!

We stayed in a suite for 4 nights while exploring the Williamsburg area. It was great! We enjoyed the pool. I got some laundry done while we were there. The game room was fun. We enjoyed playing air hockey, fooseball and chess. Stores and restaurants were really close. I went to Food Lion to get groceries to keep in the room. We had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wr saved money by not always eating out. Colonial Williamsburg is just down the road. I would definitely stay here again.

If you have children, this place is amazing. There is a game room at a pool and daily activities. The rooms are very spacious and having two bathrooms is quite unexpected. I would give this place five stores across the board except that I feel the air-conditioning units are a bit outdated. They’re very noisy while they work well they make sleep a bit difficult. The staff here were all very friendly when you would see them in the hallway we’re out about on the grounds very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Location. Location. Location.

This was a great stay even though we were only there for one night. the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and guaranteed us a quiet place to stay on the first floor as one member of our party was recovering from foot surgery. We will definitely keep the Patriot's Inn on our list if we plan to stay longer so we can experience all that it has to offer.

The property was spacious and the staff was courtious. I would highly recomend this property in the future. The kitchen was helpful for having breakfast in the room or heating up left overs. The bathroom was beautiful.

However, I've got to be honest, a few things really put a damper on our experience in the room. When we first walked in, there was this rather strong, weird smell that really wasn't the welcoming aroma we expected. That was a bit of a shaky start. Then, we tried to use the shower, and discovered the drain was completely blocked up, making it pretty much impossible to shower properly. That was definitely a bummer and felt a bit unhygienic. To top it off, we also found some noticeable staining on the mattress cover. That kind of made us question the overall cleanliness, which is always a bit unsettling when you're trying to relax. We brought the shower issue to the front desk's attention, hoping for a quick fix, but we were told that nothing could really be done right away. That was pretty disappointing, as it left us feeling a bit stuck. In the end, we actually went out and bought our own extra pillows and new bedding because we wanted to feel a bit more comfortable and settled for the rest of our stay.

Overall, above average to great.
