Exceptional

Everyone else except the owner has been exceptional. I've had my support animal with me for weeks that I've been here and now all of a sudden I am being questioned about him and being told I have to pay for him to be here. They all have seen me take my dog out so why is it an issue now.

This place is struggling for a reason. Half the facility is literally condemned and the other half is hanging by a thread. There are doors that have clearly been forced open by a crowbar. Locks that don't work. The pipes have rust as do much of the bathroom fixtures. The walls are paper thin. The vent in the bathroom is purely decorative, its only function is to allow cigarette smoke to waft in from other rooms. The trash bins and dumpster are constantly overflowing. There's broken furniture everywhere. The only real appeal is that it's relatively quiet but that's mainly due to the fact that it's deserted.

One very thin towel and wash cloth along with a shampoo for each occupant. Toilet was very low to the ground and noisy when flushed. Several lights but lighting did not overlap so dark areas in the room. It was clean--no bed bugs. Refrigerator and AC worked. Did not try the microwave. One trashcan. Wall behind the door had hole where handle had gone into the wall with some force. Door was not easy to shut. Room not really ready for occupancy, but probably needed money to improve on it.
