I understand that this is their cancellation policy but due to the extenuating circumstances of the State of New Jersey declaring a state of emergency it would have been better for customer relations to issue a refund.

Room was very cold before we entered- had to adjust thermostat. The entrance door stuck/chaffed in the frame and had to be opened and closed with some forced applied

Called ahead to make sure their parking lot could accommodate my 40ft 5th wheel camper and they said "Yes of course!" Get there and there is no place to park it and the front desk guy said to ahead and park it along the building which is fine just not what I was expecting. Took the bed apart to look for bugs and did not see any which is great but the sheets had yellow stains like pee and the shower had a large amount of black mold. No bags in our trash cans. 8am the front desk clerk was banging on my door telling me I had to leave 3 hours before check out because my camper was taking up too much of the parking lot. Breakfast was nothing special biscuits were burnt and sausage was dry.

The 24-hour coffee pots that grind your own coffee beans is unmatched. Oh did I mention it's 24 hours. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The bathroom was twice as big as most hotels. Nice big refrigerator and they utilize the space for convenience I just really like the setup. My only complaint was that the pool needs to be open longer.
