Everything was fine and reasonably priced.

Did not eat breakfast. The shower had no soap to wash with, even though I requested soap in the room; they did provide it. This place was too expensive for the level of service. The staff did not help even when I requested service to furnish the room with the minimum requirements.

This hotel offers many guest accommodations such as a daily, robust hot breakfast, pool, laundromat, fitness room and convenience store on site. Guest can also use the hotel provided computer and printer for free. The staff goes the extra mile to please guest. Property is very modern. I loved staying here.

Perfect one or two night stop when visiting family or on the road. Everything thing was clean, staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. The pool looked very nice but didn’t open until 9:00 and we needed to get on the road.

It was close in proximity to the hospital. My mother was in her final hours there, so I needed a place to rest between visits. The room was unclean (powder on the desk, stains on the couch, hairs in the bed, and dirt in the shower). The fridge didn’t work causing my food to spoil. The overhead light would not turn off and they were unable to move our room until the next day as they were at full capacity. The ac kept shutting off during a heat wave. The manager refused to work with me on reimbursement or comping a room for the next night. He was very rigid and not willing to work with me. This caused a difficult time of my life to be even more challenging.

I was blown away I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn express in a long time. Very bright. Lighting excellent throughout. The bed comfy. Lots of long pillows. Really liked that. Glass shower door. The breakfast was the best I have experienced complimentary. The options were great. Staff super friendly.
