Additionally, there were dark hairs all over the room I was assigned. On the nightstand and in the bathroom, the desk chair was broken, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool.

Very dirty property.

No hot breakfast items. Purported manager [who would not give me her name] told me they had run out, that they had exceeded their "budget" for that day, that they had no obligation to provide me a hot breakfast and that I should just accept it.

Nice roomy rooms, clean, kitchenette, comfy beds/pillows 100% lack of preparation for breakfast! Arrived at 7:30. What little eggs that were there were so overcooked they were crispy on the bottom and the top. The meat had not started yet and took 30 minutes to cook. Waffle batter was empty so we had to find somebody to come and fill it. There were fruit bowls there but no fruit. What could have been an amazing breakfast was totally awful because nothing was prepared or ready. There was no crowd so therefore there was no excuse.

Very comfortable suite, great location and lovely staff.

There was a paper towel or something over the smoke detector. Staff said housekeeping would attend to it.

The dresser drawer had dirty clothes left in there from previous guests.

Rooms were clean and QUIET, with the exception of the A/C and fridge which were slightly annoying. Beds were the most comfortable of any motel I have ever stayed at. Front desk staff were very friendly. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are good size. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. We stay here every time.

Everything was great except for the pit bull that got on the elevator with a lady and no leash. I had to back out! There should be strict rules for dogs in the motel.

Nice hotel. Easy access from the highway. Grocery store and a variety of restaurants are all within walking distance.

Either way I called, I dont lie about stuff like this. But it is extremely unprofessional to wake up and demand i leave. I have 0 reasons to lie and needed that extra hr to sleep since I wk nights. The manager had 0 grace, 0 customer svc. Said the hotel was booked and I needed to be out. I want someone in upper management to address this. Its absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. The front desk woman i talked to was there as well. Wouldn't make eye contact with me either. (Sus)!! Mistakes happen, dont treat me like a piece of trash because your incompetent staff cant do their job. Thats disgraceful. I ended up calling customer service (guest relations), they said they could see my request in there system. So clearly I called. Do a better job at your job. This hotel was rude, incompetent and was everything but helpful. Will not be spending money here again

We tried to get help from the front desk in regards to the tv and they couldn’t help! We had ro go to there one desk and get the linens. In the mrng I called about the blow dryer and the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know where any extras were??? We went down for breakfast and it will literally out of everything. No eggs, no ham, not even any coffee cups for the coffee. So very disappointed.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was hot and good. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was most helpful, accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly and professional.
