Mold in the shower toilet Dirty and soap dispenser broken

Our room had an electrical problem and we had to move rooms around 11pm. The new room had dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the prior guest and ice cream sandwiches in the freezer! Not the end of the world for a 1 night stay but was very surprised.

Nice stay.

Our room was canceled by Booking.com we had to scramble to find alternative lodging. We received no advance warning. Our trust in this service has been diminished.

Very good

Breakfast was over cooked and our toilet wouldn’t flush the entire stay.

Nice place to stay. Close places to eat

At breakfast the seasoned scrambled eggs were among the best I've tasted. The room was very spacious (equipped for an extended stay, although we booked for just one night) and hotel was close to a strip mall with several restaurants so that we could walk to dinner. I might have sought a cheaper place without extended-stay facilities had I noticed this about MainStay in time. I had to ask for ice at the desk as there was no machine nearby.

Close to certain places

Walking distance to Applebees Restaurant (maybe half block in distance, but you have to cross the street to get there. The door to our hotel room would not lock so the front desk agent quickly moved us to a different room without any issue. The hotel is showing signs of wear.

We came for a funeral. Loved that all three of us could be together. Called & upgraded reservation because two of my siblings stayed also. I was told one price & billed a diff. amt. Be careful because of additional charges. Bill was higher than quoted. What they tell you is not what they charged. I paid the amount but they are not truthful. One person remembers our conversation but then they had to talk to Mgr. That's called bait & switch which tells me don't change my reservation for others.
