The beds were very comfortable. I really slept great. the breakfast could of had more hot choices.

While the pictures online are nice, they aren't really true anymore. Our room was just a bit larger than a Queen size bed. Walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. Halls, room carpets and stairwells are dirty. Breakfast was not great - hot food from a box, no yogurt, slim choices for cereal. Elevators were filthy and were not cleaned overnight. Staff had nothing much to say when we checked in. Bed wasn't great but it was clean. OK for one night but I don't think we'd go back.

The room was very nice and clean.

The attendant who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. From there it was all downhill. When we got to our room we discovered that there was no ice bucket so I went down to the desk to ask for one. By this time there was a different attendant on duty. I asked for an ice bucket and was told to go back to our room and that she would bring us one in a few minutes; it never came. The next morning I stepped in the shower and had warm water for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold. No body wash in the container. The hot breakfast consisted of burnt eggs and a few bacon crumbs. Certainly not my idea of a pleasant stay!

Will not stay again. Property is not properly kept or cleaned.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Yogurt was expired. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The pool is not open at all. I had stains all over my room, the floor had damp spots, the room smelt like cat pee, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the actually room door was almost faulty to the point that if you didn’t slam it shut it wouldn’t actually lock. The staff at the front desk were good, mostly because the problems that had happened weren’t their fault. They will charge you $150 for incidentals right away and you will only get it back after you check out and the rooms have been checked, even if you have already paid, which conveniently isn’t posted on here. The parking was fine. WiFi was free but slow. The free breakfast has limited options and the bagels looked like they have been left out for three weeks. I would never stay here again as it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

It was a clean room the only issues was the pool was closed and the ice machine on first floor was broke

Room was always damp, to the point my clothes and sheets were wet. Even with the air conditioner on and in dry mode
