The attendant who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. From there it was all downhill. When we got to our room we discovered that there was no ice bucket so I went down to the desk to ask for one. By this time there was a different attendant on duty. I asked for an ice bucket and was told to go back to our room and that she would bring us one in a few minutes; it never came. The next morning I stepped in the shower and had warm water for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold. No body wash in the container. The hot breakfast consisted of burnt eggs and a few bacon crumbs. Certainly not my idea of a pleasant stay!

cleanest room ive stayed at in a long time and the water pressure was pressure!

Breakfast wasn’t great. Yogurt was expired. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The pool is not open at all. I had stains all over my room, the floor had damp spots, the room smelt like cat pee, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the actually room door was almost faulty to the point that if you didn’t slam it shut it wouldn’t actually lock. The staff at the front desk were good, mostly because the problems that had happened weren’t their fault. They will charge you $150 for incidentals right away and you will only get it back after you check out and the rooms have been checked, even if you have already paid, which conveniently isn’t posted on here. The parking was fine. WiFi was free but slow. The free breakfast has limited options and the bagels looked like they have been left out for three weeks. I would never stay here again as it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

It was a clean room the only issues was the pool was closed and the ice machine on first floor was broke
-
Room was always damp, to the point my clothes and sheets were wet. Even with the air conditioner on and in dry mode
-
Room was so dirty I hated to stay there, stayed the first night and moved to a different hotel the second night. Do not recommend.

Pool was not open, has NOT been for 5 years. Staff was helpful. The rooms with refrigerator is big enough for 2 But not the standard room. Next to a great restaurant and Walmart. It was quiet.

I’ve never stayed at such a horribly unclean hotel. It was just filthy. Didn’t look like they ever even vacuum not just the room but the whole place. There was mold on the shower curtain, poop still in the toilet it was just awful. I never got offered to have my room actually cleaned or even change rooms. But I figured if the hotel looks that bad it wouldn’t matter. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to this place. I was appalled.

The ice machine was broken but I saw someone checking it. I hope they fix it. The staff is very welcoming. This property feels safe and secure due to its staff. Netta was very helpful as well as all other front desk staff. I was very happy with their advice to where to go eat and other pointers.

The room was very clean, but the girl working the front deck doesn’t know anything about the rooms. My husband is in a wheelchair so I asked for a roll in shower. I get up to the room and it doesn’t have a roll in shower. I go back down and tell her and she had no idea if any of the rooms have a room in shower.

This location was not up to Wyndham standards. The entire lobby and breakfast area was beyond filthy for our whole 3 night stay. We went to have breakfast the first day at 7:30. Since breakfast is from 5:30-9:30, this should be a good time. There was not even waffle mix in the machine, the waffle machine was not plugged in. There were a couple soggy eggs and breakfast sausages only. When we mentioned it to the front desk gentleman, he went over to the "cook" and they both laughed and spoke in their language. I guess he was laughing at the other guy for forgetting to do his job. We didn't find it funny. Unfortunately the breakfast area was so filthy that we chose to not enjoy our included breakfasts that we always have when we stay at any hotel by Wyndham
