The tub spout wouldn’t switch to complete shower when the diverter was pulled up . The shower still functioned . It just wasn’t at its full potential for water pressure. Upon laying down my first night in the bed was wobbly . My second night I got on the floor and noticed 2 of the legs of the bed frame were on the ground . I had to install them myself to be able to sleep comfortably. These are small issues that I didn’t bring to the attention of the staff as I could fix them or live with them . But it was annoying to have to. Room was clean and staff was pleasant

I love all the woodsprings I've stayed at.. From Louisiana to Texas and Phoenix now north dakota. If it takes care of me I love it!.. The staff are nice and understanding and helpful!.. Plenty of parking.. The rooms are the same to me and it's good for me..

I’m not one to complain or even write reviews, but the property did not appear properly cleaned. There was a stain straight on top of the bed. Hair trimmings on the bathroom sink. The hallways and elevator had a foul smell. Will not stay again.

I had an issue and was gonna be late checking in.the guy at the front desk on nights is a lifesaver he took care of me and got everything straightened out for me without even asking,This is the kind of service I look for on trips. Nothing ever goes as planned so when you got somebody that actually cares behind the front desk, it makes a huge difference. They only clean/do an inspection every 14 days. This is fine for me. I can take my own garbage out and swap my towels. Good hotel for an extended stay.

This hotel is an extended stay location. There was no coffee or hair dryer in the room. Nor a lobby with coffee. This is not a facility for someone who is traveling for an overnight stay.

Beds are not that goods, very uncomfortable and internet didn't work

An alarm started going off around midnight and no one was at front desk or reachable by phone. After two hourdd sad candy trying to call numerous numbers, I called the fire department.

The room was not what was depicted in the pictures. The checkin staff was nice! We were not told we would have to take out our own garbage, but there are signs around that said to do so otherwise we’d be charged a fee. Weird. The beds were uncomfortable and little pillows were flat. I wouldn’t stay here again, sorry.
