Not many parking spaces. AC is very noisy

Fantastic, safe location just outside of Cleveland located near gas and food options. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, kind staff. The lock on our door took a bit to figure out how to close and lock and the toilet didn't flush completely which was why we gave this location a 4/5 stars.

The room was ok. The bathtub was peeling 😩 the toilet had urine stains on the base of the toilet. We had no access to the balcony because of construction 😑 😒. I cleaned and serviced my own room my entire stay. Not what I expected from Marriott as a Bonvoy member

Bistro a dissapointment

This Marriot property was fine. I just wish they would upgrade their towels. They are terribly cheap and scratchy.

This hotel is exceptionally clean with helpful staff and great location. I would recommend staying here.

There is no way this room should have cost what I did x2 … a very old Marriott - not clean outside patio - the leaves from last fall were in the cushiions , no soap in bathroom , night gentlemen is not helpful acts like he’s bing bothered . Room 216 had to jiggle lock to get in . This was more like a holiday inn express .

Convenience of location

Very clean. Comfortable bed. The room was beautiful. You need a free breakfast buffet. People want to grab food, eat and be on their way. The price of the hotel is expensive and breakfast should be included.

Very clean with a great ease of access to everything No complaints!

The "restaurant" (you order at the counter) was not open for some reason on the Tuesday night that we stayed. But there's an Applebee's next door and a steakhouse close by. The breakfast menu was limited and too pricey, so we had a great breakfast at Kliefelds in downtown Willoughby for a fraction of the cost.

Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. For the price we paid this is hands down the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was it clean, yes. Was that the end of the positives, yes. This is a weird place. The man at the front desk had on headphones and essentially yelled us through check-in process, the layout of the room was bizarre and in no other universe would this “suite” be suitable for 4 - maybe without any luggage. We had to Tetris our way through the stay - every movement required something be moved out of the way. Thankfully it was one night because we would not have stayed longer. The bed shook with every movement, the pullout couch was twin sized, the hot tub (which is advertised as an amenity) looks permanently closed, the one sad lotion at the sink looked used, the in-room coffee was disgusting (and I’m not that picky), and the office chair was so broken that when my small daughter sat down it essentially ejected her onto the ground. Had that been me, my husband or someone older they could have gotten hurt. I’m generally understanding, I can usually overlook stuff like this, but not for $252/night. DO NOT STAY HERE unless there’s no other choice and it’s like no more than $100/night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bath tub looked like it came from a junkyard. Much mottled finish with a 1” chip filled with rust in the bottom. We killed a spider on the bathroom floor.
