Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Bathroom needed repairs. Bed wasn’t comfortable and plug outlet behind the headboard was not easily accessible

Location is great. The maintenance man was helpful. Had 2 ask for 2 lightbulbs right away. The bathroom was so small that a walker couldn't fit. They didn't bring a raised toilet seat until hours later. The shower curtain rod was pulled partially out of wall which caused the curtain to not close and water went everywhere. The tub backed up and drained slowly. Caulking around tub was poorly done and cracked. Holes around baseboards in sink and toilet areas. Light came in around entire door. The security latch for door was being pulled out of door frame. Light came in around air-conditioned unit. The curtains wouldn't meet to close out Light. No cover on outlight for ac. An old cleaning rag was left in room on dresser. When I got up in very early AM, roaches were running around sink and in toilet areas!!!! They ran in and out of the holes around baseboards. I would have gone at that point, but my 2 elderly family members were sound asleep. I did report this to the desk clerk when we left. This used to be a great place to stay, it made us sad to see how it has fallen.

Room was very dirty and remained dirty after they came to clean. Room had bugs, fruit flys and beetles. Coffee pot looked like it had not been cleaned before. Jacuzzi had fake rose petals in the jets showing it had not been cleaned since the previous guests

Location Is old I need to be fixed

Definitely recommend for anyone traveling though. Great shampoo provided. Good prices, and an actual modern tv that was nice to relax watching during the stay.

The property was filthy there was mode in the bathroom. It smelled horrible Left with in an hour if checking in Everything!! It was horrendous n looks like shelter for homeless people

I rarely write reviews because my spouse and I are pretty low-maintenance travelers. But after this stay, I felt compelled to share our experience. This was our first stay here—and definitely our last. From check-in, things were disappointing. The front desk clerk was largely unresponsive, and we had to flag him down to check in. There were three of us in our party. When we opened our room door, we found mud and debris that had apparently blown inside after the sidewalk was pressure-washed. The dirt and moisture also allowed insects to get in. I returned to the front desk and requested that it be cleaned or that we be moved. Someone eventually came to clean it. We also had to ask for a third set of towels. We were initially told that only housekeeping could provide them and that we'd have to wait until morning. About five minutes later, someone arrived with towels—after an unnecessarily loud pounding on our door. The room itself was in poor condition. The platform beds looked like camping cots, the mattresses were extremely flat, and the supposedly white linens were stained and yellowish. The towels appeared to have footprints on them, and the bedding had visible stains. The bathroom light flickered, and the tub/shower fixtures weren't properly secured against the wall. Thankfully, we did have hot water. The room looked nothing like the photos on the hotel and booking sites. The lobby was about the only area that matched the advertised images. We would not stay here again.

Breakfast and coffee were served about 15 minutes late, without an apology from staff. The property and experience overall do not meet modern standards.

The pictures are not updated, the rooms are gross. The electrical plugs next to the bed were completely missing. The lamps had no place to be plugged in. You had to charge ur phone across the room. The floors were not swept or mopped. There was roach droppings all over the trim and around the edges of everything. The first room we had to be moved from due to the amount of stuff on the floor, tub and dirty pillow cases. The floor was soaked after a shower due to a broken rod. Slow drain so you stand in your shower water. Smelled wet and musty. Breakfast is a joke. Bread, corn flakes and no milk. I asked for butter for the bread and was told by staff ‘it’s close to 9 we are done serving’ No drinks, not one. The lady who was tending to the so called breakfast was on the phone cursing. The staff was not friendly, never said I apologize I’ll get you a new room. They were offended we asked to be moved. We walked in and out desk staff never even spoke. I know it’s an older hotel, but clean it. It’s so gross! We couldn’t get a refund to go elsewhere bc it would take days to be refunded. Pay the extra and stay down the road.

Property is infested with roaches

this is definitely a MOTEL with people living there & drug addicts walking around. I renting several rooms because I was in town from NJ for a wedding not knowing the conditions of the hotel & rooms because the photos online are contradicting. we checked in got dress & left after 30 min to attend the wedding. once we returned we noticed roaches crawling on the wall & not to mention the sheets were dirty. gnats & flies in all 4 rooms. The guy behind the counter refused to return my money once we checked out. This is a horrible MOTEL portraying to be a hotel

Unfortunately, the room itself was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I found crumbs in the bed, stained bed sheets, dirty floors, broken and stained curtains, and a strong musty odor throughout the room. The room appeared poorly maintained, with deteriorating molding around the door frames, vanity mirror, and other areas. I also encountered multiple spiders in the room. The bathroom was unusually small, with only a toilet and bathtub. To close the door, I had to step inside and squeeze behind it. There was hair on the shower wall when I arrived, and the tub did not drain properly while showering. The bathtub was also in poor condition, with peeling surface coating and a soft area beneath the floor of the tub that shifted under my weight, making it feel unstable to stand on. While the price was affordable, the overall condition of the property fell far below my expectations. The layout felt more like a motel, with exterior room entrances, and there were groups of people lingering in the parking lot throughout my stay, which did not contribute to a comfortable atmosphere. I was genuinely surprised by the condition of this property, especially given its association with the Best Western name. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

paint peeling in bathroom; bathroom ceiling leaking water; towel rack barely hanging on the wall by one side; asked front desk for kleenex as there was none in my room when i checked in. They said they "would have someone check it". Never got any.

Room was disgusting filthy gross my grandson’s feet were black. The place was filthy a disgusting gross mess.
