Holiday Inn Express Wilmington Porters Neck by IHG

This property was not clean. There is definitely a mold and mildew issue. I had it booked for 4 nights and cancelled after my first because the air was so musty I couldn’t even breathe. I switched my room 2 times and still had issues. There was mold in the shower also. They issued me a refund for the remaining nights and were supposed to issue you me points to my IHG account for the night I stayed but after looking on my account that wasn’t done either. Never again will i stay at a resort associated with IHG.

There are no coffee pots in the room. Towels were thread bare. No housekeeping. Not worth the $$$

Breakfast had good options. Coffee grinder is a great addition! Oatmeal? North Carolina is still in the South...how about grits....or both? More of a fruit selection besides bananas would be nice.

Clean rooms, breakfast choices, friendly staff.

It’s relatively clean, staff are professional and breakfast was decent.

The bed was very comfortable and there were different pillow choices which was appreciated due to some neck issues I have. The staff was polite and the complimentary breakfast was way better than expected with fresh ground coffee that was great!

It was fine for what it was, with the exception being our shower had orange and black mold caked around the edges at the bottom, but the second room we rented was fine. The location was convenient, the facilities were newer and high tech.

The staff is lovely. They were very helpful and kind people. They switched my room for me because I didn't want to be on the 1st floor with no problem.

It was a wonderful property.

Everything was perfect. Staff=excellent!! They deserve a raise. Clean rooms, great breakfast. All was better than most any hotel we've stayed in. Kudos!

Great location easy to get to. Great service.

It was a comfortable stay for one night. A near by burger place called PT’s Old fashion grill is pretty good.
