The breakfast was nonexistent and the pool had no water I will not be back

The pool was not occupied. Pool needed maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable. Bedding had ink stains and looked stained. Loud guests with smell of marijuana. Uncomfortable stay!

Check in was smooth and friendly. The facilities were clean for the most part. I did not like how the pool was advertised online but was closed when I got there. I was told they had late check out options and they did not. I also saw a few water bugs/roaches crawling around (one in my room; one going into the back office door where they do laundry). I was very upset that no accommodations were given either.

We only stayed for one night( driving through) but it’s in a convenient location and clean. Bed is comfortable . The shower could have more pressure but nothing wrong with the room at all. Plenty of parking

Everything was dirty bed where old mattress

Pocket door hard to work. Off tract. Toilet seat loose. Pee on caps. Bed was hard. Coffee unit at morning in lobby did not work. Cont breakfast did not bother. Not appetizing. Price was good but that room we had terrible.

The location was great, I did not eat breakfast there. The choice of breakfast items, food.

Location was Great. Everything the dog next to my room keeping me awake. Then I finally got another room beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shampoo and conditioner bottle was half used sitting on the sink. The breakfast bar was awful. There wasn't no yogurt. Coffee wasn't very good. I would not stay there again. I drive to the next hotel.

It was located near the highway… the rooms are very spacious and the staff and check-in was quick, polite, and very accommodating I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping missed a crucial detail when I found a wig that was directly next to a bed that had recently been made, the bathrooms in the room also need some updating the shower door seem to barely be holding on as well as the toilet seats were loose.

The price I guess you do get what you pay for. There were clearly guest there that smoked Marijuana . The smell was strong there was no way management didn't smell it. It literally woke me out of a deep.sleep

I'll be honest, when a hotel says it uses hospital grade disinfectant and rooms are smoke free, I would expect a higher level of service and cleaniness. (e.g. dirty blinds and curtains that looked stained with smoke or just dirty, floors had nail polish, and sticky.) I was also woke up at 9:00 a.m. even with my sign on the door by a housekeeper after I had a long night of my neighbors partying and drinking, blasting music all night long- I would not stay again unless I truly had to.

Good location to other stores, restaurants Under construction, guess really noisy in hallway, no real breakfast. Just waffles, corn dogs & cereal. Took awhile for front desk to come to desk to help you

Room had tiny Roaches..saw them when getting up to on the bathroom at night.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and provided the amenities needed while we were visiting. There are some small areas with chipped paint, and water stained ceilings, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Took a while to get checked in bc of computer issues. The clerk was nice enough to only charge for one dog instead of two bc of the trouble. The clerk in the morning decided to add the charge for the second dog anyway. Room was disgusting stains on blankets, mold near the air conditioner. Even though it’s a smoke free hotel the whole hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes. What a dump! Spend the extra and go somewhere else!!!!!!!

The location and food spots in the area. The pool could’ve been cleaner and clear the water was cloudy and full of hair. Breakfast could’ve been better all they offered was waffles, juice and cereal. The pool, the shower water, the room wasn’t really secure, spots on the towels and sheets, snacks were overpriced.

Additionally, Melissa King at the front desk advised me that late checkout is not available. Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM, and even if you’re willing to pay, a later checkout is still not permitted. Because of these issues, I will not be returning. ⭐️🏨❌
