Breakfast was good, bed was great, but very difficult to find and get to this HI Express. Terrible location. Have to go through a parking lot where there is construction on both sides and around a strip mall. Hotel is in behind strip mall and construction sites. You need a new location away from the strip mall. One that is easier to get in and out of parking lot. Cost should have been less due to inconvenience and difficulty of location.

We were visiting family and the hotel was in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern and comfortable the hotel lobby and room were! There was nothing to not like.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was working perfectly well. Loved that it was a walk in shower. The breakfast was good too. Loved it all Was a little pricey for such a short stay.

Obviously a much older and well below the standard of our prior holiday inn express stays, especially the one in Clemmons we had just stayed at before here. No ability to plug in our fire stick in television, subpar breakfast, and hallways beyond hot. The reason it was not ranked lower was housekeeping obviously took pride in their work and Jennifer,who was the front desk goddess who checked us. Otherwise, very mediocre stay. Likewise, you can hear the interstate noose from room.

The property is coveniently located near food, shopping, and the movies. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is nice (but the pancake machine was broken and eggs were overcooked). Overall, great location and rooms.

The staff was the nicest staff I probably ever met at a hotel. It was very clean. It just smelled fresh. Even the back where I would smoke is just manicured and very nice. The breakfast was amazing and many choices enough to fill you up and there were fresh cookies every evening by the coffee machine.. I was very pleased
