I would give to this property five stars but for the price the room was very minimalistic: kitchenette, breakfast and everything except of the price is completely basic.

We had a one night stay. But the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard fare but there was plenty of it. I'd stay there again.

The breakfast options were fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is great, too. The shower head waterspouts were rusty.

overall for anyone needing a quick overnight in the area close to lake sebago it works well. They have limited amenities, tv in the room is basic cable only not a smart tv and most of the channels are sports channels. They don’t refresh towels or clean rooms unless you ask. lighting in the room is terrible even in the bathroom you can barely see. Hairdryer for anyone needing one after a beach or pool day doesn’t work well. There is one washer dryer for the entire property. If you land early and attend to check in early don’t try before 1:30pm. The gentleman at the front desk was not welcoming at all when we asked… reminded me that check in wasn’t until 3.
