Circuit breaker kept tripping from my oxygen concentrator, changed rooms still occurred. Never had a problem anywhere else. Staff said they had a lightning strike a few years back and have electrical problems since. Should be something the hotel should look into.

Very clean , very nice room. We picked a wrong day to stay , lots and lots of 10 year olds running up and down hallways as parents sat in lobby playing cards. Totally not hotels fault but poor parenting.

The hot tub was extremely hot, like you couldn't even sit in it. We turned the jets on before we got in and there was weird sounds coming from them. When we told the front desk person, she just said okay. And never did anything about it. It seemed she had more important things to do on her phone. We had stopped due to weather and were already feeling overly stressed, but the front desk person was just not helpful with anything. She seemed annoyed when we asked for drinks at the bar, and then would disappear. Never asked about us wanting more.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast choices were more than expected and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were closed for equipment problems...I was not offered a discount for this. The television was only local, and mostly shopping networks...awful! I expect a full range of cable/premium network options at hotels.

We enjoyed our stay while we visited family in Windom. The only things we did not like were... The lights by our bed did not work and the usb port by our beds did not work either. was still able to plug my hearing aid charger in so I could charge my hearing aids.
