Needs black out shades for the window and AC was extremely loud, would not stay again. Go in late, staff was super nice.

I made the reservation thru Expedia. Apparently because it was a few minutes after midnight I reserved for the following day so when I tried to check in a mere 20 minutes after reservation was made, they told me I couldn’t get in until 3pm. Because they were fully booked. I had family staying there and there were several rooms available on their floor alone.

Property was nice or would have been nice but the staff was God awful The staff. We booked two rooms. They gave our room to someone else and still charged us for the two. Refused to give a refund. The lady was laughing at me when I asked where we were going to stay and when I asked her name she said “Jesus”

Breakfast was good, location was great. It was clean and open. TV was very nice. The office chair in the room was unsafe to sit in (if you leaned back, you would fall), the toilet needed cleaning.

The location was nice and quier. I was not satisfied with the bed mattress. The bed was too hard. Please consider upgrading to better and more comfortable mattresses.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The bathroom looked like it had not been updated in 20+ years. The floor tile was so cracked and loose that the bathroom door would barely open/close. The fridge would not chill at all and the microwave did not work. Felt that when you play $160.00 for a nights stay you should get better accommodations.
