The Inn needs updating and a good cleaning! Needs to definitely be refreshed!!! Cleanliness No restaurants within Inn were open

The rooms had as much character as a holiday inn express at 3x the price! Just a basic, clean place to spend the night.

Our room was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, great grounds and outdoor seating. Sitting on the dock down by the marina was a bonus. Perfect weather for the three days. Boat tour to Weirs Beach and back to Wolfeboro very nice. Staff at check in was less than welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and asked when room might be ready just to gauge timing for our day. Was not requesting any special treatment. Answer: “nope, check in is at 3:00.” Then was told if we wanted early check in there would be an additional $150 charge. Front-desk staff later in the day was always pleasant. Ate dinner our first night at the Inn. Staff was great, food less so. Don’t order the strip steak. We selected it due to picture on website; our compliments to the photographer!

Clean, great location. They put us in a very convenient location on first floor. It was easy to access for elderly and handicapped. The restaurant was closed.

Very charming hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. Staff is incredibly friendly as well as the people in town.

Beautiful room. Comfy bed and nice linens. Spacious bathroom. Excellent walkability to downtown Wolfeboro and the water.

The staff and location were excellent. We loved sitting on the dock in the chairs! Things that could be better: carpet and furniture in the common areas seems tired. I wish they would have opened the fire pit while we were there...it was perfect weather for it. Didn't eat in the restaurant, there weren't many people in there. Price was better through booking.com than the hotel directly.
