Lovely stay with friends. Rooftop bar was relaxing and food good

Great location. Coffee in the lobby was a nice time. The spa was insanely expensive.

The location was perfect for exploring the Woodinville area wineries. The property is beautiful, well decorated and cozy. It felt elegant and comfortable at the same time.

This is one of the nicest Marriott's I have stayed in. The decor and attention to detail with everything was very impressive! Very aesthetically pleasing everywhere you looked. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Its walking distance to Chateau St. Michelle winery and several restaurants.

The combinations in the bed were awesome. A bit pricey.

The location was good, and I enjoyed the wine blending experience. I'm vegan and there were no healthy food options available at the hotel. My room (2 queen beds) didn't have a desk or chair to work at, and there was no comfortable public space in the hotel to use. I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was exceptional loved the bag ice and hydration sation. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Just a note that this hotel is not for families. Rooms are small and once the couch is pulled out there is no room left! No shuttle service, no early check in. Much more of a couples resort. The restaurant ambiance is very nice.

This hotel is run very poorly. We came at 4 to check in (check in time for our reservation), and were told that they didn't have a room ready for us. They said they'd call when a room was ready. After an hour, I went back to the desk and was finally given a room. Motel 6 can get a room ready on time for check in. Not worth the $600+ per night.

Good

From check in to checkout everything was efficient, friendly smooth. The location of the hotel was walkable to other restaurants, coffee shops, wineries. Food was excellent.

Disappointed. We reserved a suite. When we went to check in (3:50pm) they said it would be just a minute - the room was being cleaned. After 20 minutes I asked at the counter - he said he would check and get back to me - no one got back to me. After half an hour I went to another person - then a manager came out and said that she was sorry and gave us a $50 discount at their restaurant - the room would be ready soon. After an hour and a half I went back to the counter and asked again - then the manager (Kass) came out and apologized again and said they would discount the stay $300. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get into our room. When I checked out, the clerk said they don't print bills she would email it to me. The discount was not given. The room was disappointing. Valet was $40 per day pretty high for being out in the suburbs.

Amenities new clean designer restaurant bar location staff !!

This new property is gorgeous and we enjoyed the amenities and location. I was very surprised to be charged a parking fee after spending almost $800 for one night.

Property is beautiful and staff is attentive. Surprisingly that there isn’t a wine shipping service available. We collected quite a few and thought the hotel could help, this is what hotels in Napa provide, and were shocked to find they didn’t. Did have evenings were the service door bell continuously rang, likely kiddos playing but it was non-stop. Also housekeeping team left vacuum in room and walked into a mostly ready room, hanger was on light fixture and not as tidy. Locations is perfect, as it’s very walkable. This community could benefit from golf carts or other electric small transportation.

It was a beautiful hotel with unique décor, and our room had a gorgeous, well-appointed bathroom. Unfortunately, I think we may have just ended up with an unlucky room location. We had no view from our window, were right beside the elevator, and there was quite a bit of noise below us early in the morning. Given the price of the stay, I expected a better room and a higher level of attentiveness from the staff. Overall, while the hotel itself was lovely, the experience didn’t quite live up to the cost.

Beautiful property

However the price for what the hotel is worth is not necessarily worth it. The amenities are okay, nothing stands out as spectacular and everything costs extra even though the price of the rooms are high. The room itself was just okay, nothing better than a standard hotel and when we dropped off the our luggage at check in and asked if it could be delivered to the room it never was. We had dinner at Bin 47 and it was less than stellar. The wait staff was non existent and didn’t show up for us to order entrees prior to their kitchen closing. We even made a note about how it was my Girlfriend’s birthday and it seemed to be more of a hassle for them rather than a celebration. Maybe it was just an off night but for a one nights stay we woke up disappointed. I will say The Shed (the rooftop bar) was a wonderful place to watch the World Cup and we made great friends and the service there was wonderful the two times we went. However I don’t know if the hotel itself is worth the price from our experience.

The restaurant service was good, The food itself was good. As a criticism the menu was not quite balanced. Too many exotic options. One or two more conventional options were missing

The hotel is excellent. The only black point would be the gym. The gym is in the basement, no view, nothing. A high quality hotel should keep that level in the gym.
