Would not recommend. Friendly staff but the property should not be allowed to host any guest until renovations are completed.

I had never stayed in such a dirty and poorly managed hotel, the room smelled bad, the TV channels didn't work, dirty carpet, it was a disgusting hotel.

Listen, if you’re traveling with a woman, whether your wife coworker your daughter if you’re a single woman traveling do not stay at this property you will not feel safe. The entire property is under what I have to say is not under construction. It’s under demolition. They’re currently approval people removing tearing out piling up Every rotted piece of furniture and mattress in the hundreds of rooms that they have that all moldy and rotten places in complete disarray and disrepair. The phone number doesn’t work so if you have a problem with the property Petya hotels.com and third-party will not be able to contact the property because the phone doesn’t work. This is literally one of the most hideous properties I’ve stayed at ever there are multiple rooms on my floor that the doors were wide open in the carpet were ripped out in the air conditioner half ripped out of the wall windows open wind blowing through the building uncontrollably. This was just another day of business for these people.

I would never stay here again. The beds were hard af, the toilet was not working. We were switched to another room and the lamps were not working, we had to run the shower water to get hot water for 5-10 minutes. The bathroom light switch was broke and would not turn off. The grounds were not kept, could not walk around, it needed to be mowed. We left before our 2nd night. Hope to get most if not all of my money back. There were dead bugs in the corners. The maids dont do a good job as there were trash under each bed. We also reserved a queen bed and was given a room with 2 full. Dont waste your money. Staff was very nice however.

Hi. As the hotel was being renovated, my room was satisfactory. However it may take some time to clean up the property itself until renovation are complete.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless you are really strapped for cash… just a really sad property. The photos on Expedia must be stolen from somewhere else - there is no restaurant… honestly that may be a good thing. Staff was helpful (offering to let me see the room before being charged, which is never a good sign). They were very nice, but couldn’t make up for the building itself. Anyways, I stayed the night more as a dare to myself to see if I could do it. I made it, but wouldn’t do it again

Location is going to be remodeled and it desperately needs it. It was reasonably priced and quite.

We arrived and the place looked deserted and run down. we entered and were greeted by an owner, or employee, we could not understand a word he said but he was carrying on a conversation in a foreign language with another couple that was seated in the waiting area behind us. The hotel description mentioned an onsite bar/restaurant but when we asked about it he said the place just changed ownership, they were starting remodeling soon, and that the bar/restaurant is closed. we checked in and went to our room but the key wouldn't work. I went back to the desk and he fumbled around trying to create a new key card. the new key card also did not work. 2nd trip back to the front desk. he then asked the woman in the lobby, that he was conversing with, to assist him. they both insisted I was using the key card improperly. she followed us back to the room and the two keys didn't work. she used her master key card to let us in. we got into the room, it was hot and stuffy and smell of mold. we flipped the light switch to the room but the lights would not turn on. we found a different light to turn on so we could see. I went into the bathroom and the shower curtain detached and hanging over the curtain rod. I looked into the tub/shower and it was full of mold. we instantly picked our stuff up and went back to the front desk. we gave them the low down, they apologized, and offered a different room. we declined and found a different hotel. we are still waiting to get our refund.

Do not stay at this hotel, the web pictures are deceptive and the amenities list are false, there was no dining, no hot tub, the hotel smelled of mold and mildew, no breakfast, no light in the bathroom, no mini fridge like stated, the beds were broken down, when we left after the first night I confronted the owner and told him that we would not be back for the second night, I stated that the web page is deceptive and that I would like a refund for the second night’s stay he acknowledged that the website was not updated and that he would “try to give us a refund but I highly doubt that! Always read the reviews and don’t go on appearance alone if we weren’t so tired we wouldn’t have stayed the first night! I would not recommend staying alone, but that is just my opinion

At check-in, the first staff member told me repeatedly that she was not able to find my reservation. I provided both a receipt and confirmation number. She eventually went to get her “boss,” and he took over. They instructed me to take a key and see if the room was acceptable, and then they would proceed with the check-in. I thought this was unusual, and I asked if I should be concerned about anything. The man said that just in case I had exceedingly high standards and didn’t like the room, I should know before getting checked in. I went to the room, but somebody was already staying in that room. I went back to the desk, and the man said that he was “unable to see the system” on his computer, and so he didn’t know where anyone was staying. I should note (and this likely should’ve been my first red flag) that there were only about four vehicles in the parking lot when I got there. He provided me another key. I’m not sure I have adequate words to describe the horror of that room. The toilet seat was up and had what looked like fresh waste splatters around the rim. The shower, toilet and sink were all uncleaned, and there was an open bar of soap with hair on it in the shower. Attempting to give the man an “out,” I asked if somebody was staying in the room. He said that somebody else must come in just to use the bathroom and wash their hands. I asked if that person also got the blood on the blanket, and he laughed it off. So, this is the level of filth they are okay with?

The AC didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the place smelled like mildew. I was actually scared for my life… it was by far the worst room I have ever stayed in as a motel. I felt like I was in a horror movie.

The lady who checked us in initially was nice. But after we checked in and went to the rooms we discovered that the rooms were moldy in and around the windows, and even the box springs for the beds, the mattresses were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around all the public spaces and couldn’t find anyone. We decided to leave and book a different hotel.

The toilet could not flush

The room was dirty, bathtub had hair in it, bed had only a bottom sheet, had to ask for a sheet for under the blanket, dead bugs on the window sill, carpet was not vacuumed, no cups or coffee for the coffee maker or any cups. Was too late to change hotel rooms. Slept in my clothes.

The description on Expedia was incorrect. There is no restaurant, pool, nor other amenities.
