The hotel was maintained and clean, but the breakfast was subpar very disappointed compared to other places there were no potatoes ran out of eggs and they were not replaced. Ran out fruit was not replaced. The drinks were watered down coffee juice etc That’s unacceptable to me ! Other than that take you decide if you want to stay there.

We stayed her for 4 nights as a family of 6 and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful, the room had ample space, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for our purposes, too.

The room we chose was large, so we were surprised on how small the toilet/shower room was - very hard to move around in it. We had absolutely the lowest water pressure at a hotel we have been to, and the staff did not seemed concerned at all about it - don't know if all the rooms were that way, but so frustrating!! One of the elevators wasn't working so we took the stairs most of the time, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order so had to go up or down to other floors for ice. It does have a very nice continental breakfast, and relatively clean.

Elevator was broken all weekend. It took 5 to 10 minutes to get down or up not acceptable.

The property was clean and new looking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby had a large breakfast area and bar. Plenty of tvs and space to eat. The pool was large and clean. The fitness area was nicely maintained with several equipment options. The breakfast was well staffed. The food was fresh and there were plenty of options. Great location to get in and out of Grand Rapids. About ten minutes to downtown. Great place to stay!
