Staff was nice. Place was quiet. I stayed 3 nights and did not have housekeeping come in at all. Not to pick up garbage, get clean towels, freshen up the bed, nothing. My room had a terrible smell. I had to get an air freshener.

Staff were friendly. Room was large and clean. There was a wierd smell when we got into the room but then realized it was hopps. Overall good stay.

Overall, though, the hotel was very average. Breakfast consisted mostly of high volume prebaked egg options with waffles, and small coffee cups. The hallways were somewhat dark and could use better lighting. Because the hallways near the pool are tile, there was frequently quite a bit of water on the main hallway floor from kids going back and forth from the pool, which made the floors slippery. The biggest disappointment was the king-size bed. The mattress was uncomfortable enough that we could actually feel the springs through it, which definitely affected our sleep. If you’re simply looking for a basic, conveniently located place to stay with attentive staff and secure parking, it gets the job done. Just don’t expect much beyond an average hotel experience.

The quality of some of the food items was not very good. Location was unusually easy on and off the freeway ramps. Best I've ever experienced. Waffle batter was very watery, eggs were like a reheated biscuit. Everything else was fine.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The pool and hot tub were not clean. The pool was green and slimy.

Bed was comfortable it was convenient for our family. Rooms were quiet. I like that it had a fridge and microwave. Elevator felt like it was crashing when going down to first floor, rather alarming: also, cafeteria closed early for breakfast. When I told them at the desk, they didn’t seem to care at all. I didn’t feel valued. And my whole family was told the wrong closing time for breakfast. Very disappointing!

Breakfast is okay. Biscuit and gravy ran out. There’s only sausage links and eggs, no bacon. Can smell mold on shower curtain. Probably not washed at all.
