Very very very very bad. And they refused a refund for our three night stay that we didn’t even been sleep one night at. We checked out without even really checking in and we are not refunded for the stay we didn’t stay. Also the pool is green and the staff recommended not swimming in it because you’ll get sick.

Two problems. The AC unit was in need of a yearly cleaning and my room had a bed bug which bit me.

The staff was very nice. The beds are fairly good. The breakfast needs more protien.

Pool was tinted green. Shower had hair in it. Front desk staff were unfriendly. It smelt of marijuana.

The room smelled like body odor, the bathroom was gross(had to shower with flip flops), there was trash behind the refrigerator/cabinet, and the external door to the hotel was left unsecured.

Faucet in bath tub made it hard to get enough hot water for a shower.

The safe idea was really too much .. Coffee machine didn’t have a place to plug it in. No info for ice machines or drinks. Very few handicap parking spaces

Great staff - friendly and professional. Breakfast was good - plenty of hot coffee, too. Air conditioning was only so-so - fan worked but did not really cool the room.

Hotel was decent. No complaints. Was on a long distance move and needed a place to sleep. Bed was comfy and place was clean.
