Fabulous shower……. Friendly, helpful staff.. comfortable bed…. Handy guest laundry…. Breakfast fine….the usual with waffles….

Spacious room, great shower water pressure, breakfast the usual offerings. Nice quiet area. Building well maintained.

We have stayed there off and on for years, they have upped their game tremendously!! The breakfast is almost the same every day, but if you are staying a night or two that's no biggie. We stayed a week and went with the king suite room, definitely worth the price!!

Serviceable hotel - some updating but the door to our room looked like someone tried to claw their way in. Damp smell in room. Leaky iron in our room. Replaced with another leaky iron. Front desk wouldn't exchange it with an iron in empty room.

Did not stay. This hotel advised a swimming pool, which I specifically wanted. It was actually a hot tub. False advertising on your website. We made other accommodations.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.The breakfast was a wonderful surprise! They had waffles, bacon, scramble eggs option in addition to other cold breakfast foods and fruits offered. The room had a small frig, microwave and Kuerig in the room. Vanity was outside of the bathroom to facilitate multiple areas being used by more than 1 person. Plentiful towels, linens and pillows. Really great experience! Didn't have time to use hot tub or exercise room, however both appeared clean and kept up. Wonderful experience and service!

Property was great. Only one complaint- we couldn’t keep the temperature in the room consistent.

I think this was the best place I have ever stayed!!! Clean, not only room but entire place. Breakfast was wonderful, clean and staff in charge were t5here to offer help and kept refilling things!! Fresh cookies at check in and fresh water with lemon available in lobby along with coffee. It had to be the best place and everyone of the staff so friendly. I only feel bad that I didn't have change enough to leave the room cleaner.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and normally I would be glad to give them 5 stars, but not this time. Due to my health problems I need handicap-accessible bathroom (i.e. grab bars by stool & in shower and space to use my walker moving about the bathroom) so for my seven-day stay this June (2026, ci on 12, co on 19) I had reserved on hotels.com a room with accessible bathroom & one king bed. The hotel has five rooms with such and four were still available for my stay when I reserved back in Feb. When I arrived on the 12th to check in, I was told no room with accessible bathroom was available. For my reservation they could substitute & give me a room with two queens but without accessible bathroom. I was shocked & upset, but took it because I didn't want to try tracking down an opening at another hotel. June in Yankton is busy time with summer tourists hence why I had reserved in advance. With no safety bars in tub-shower to hang onto, with great difficulty I managed taking one shower and then skipped taking showers the rest of my stay due to fear of falling while moving around in wet tub and climbing in & out tub. Otherwise, the room & hotel were great. I'll be happy to stay there again IF they will provide accessible bathroom when I reserve an accessible bathroom. If they fail this way again, I will not be staying there any more.
