Poor experience for the $. We stayed Sept 2-3 a two queen bed room, $735. They didn't even offer coffee in the room or the lobby (of course you could purchase for $10). For the price, they should offer at least coffee!!! Next time Yellowstone Hotel for us.

Clean room and helpful staff. WiFi had a max and wouldn’t let more on which was frustrating.

Canyon was in a great location and we'll maintained!

We loved it

Great staff

Clean and warm room is great, day was cold during my stay. Helpful stuff, give us 2 rooms close to each other, and give lots of information regarding he area.
-
Stains on bed sheets. Not Hygiene. Not worth for the price. I have pics where bedsheets were awful

Reception could not find my reservation, didn’t even apologise. Sauna on but not hot. Pool nice but jacuzzi full of sand.

We stayed 2 nights and the first night was terrible and the second night was great. The bed sheets in the first night don’t smell fresh and smelled like old laundry. The second morning we went to the front desk and they offered deep cleaning or changing and we opted for changing the room. Our second night was absolutely wonderful. They didn’t offer any discount or any compensation for the first night that was terrible and I wished they had done an extra gesture to make us forget about the first night. Second night was great, room spacious, clean and wonderful. There was a walkway to an area where all the gift shops and eateries were and over all decent selection of food.

Restaurant choice is poor. Great if you like fast food style dinners. The bar is advertised as serving appetizers. We went for a drink after dinner (nice bar) to find they had a small full menu and the food looked great. Breakfast was a fiasco. Queue to get food, then stand in a queue to pay whilst your food gets cold. The coffee machines in the dining room were both broken so you had to go to the coffee shop - another queue with one person serving, and food still getting cold. As you would expect for such a captive audience prices are high. To stay into the park there is little choice but I would prefer not to come back here.

The facilities are great in general, and you are walking distance to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. The various food options (Cafeteria, Bar/Restaurant, and General Store) are all decent. There are a variety of food options, though they seem to be fixed and do not change from day to day. However, there are many options. Overall, this is a great option for staying, whether, camping, staying in the lodge (hotel room) or in a cabin. Driving from this location avoids having to deal with entrance to the park and you are basically a 1 hour drive or less from all parts of the park.

The room was dated and the pipes in the walls were making noise( hard to sleep) location was great to be in the park. Amazing beautiful Yellowstone.!

The room was clean and modern, but it was exceedingly small. The bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom, and the shower stall was so tiny that my 6-foot husband had great difficulty taking a shower. We received no wash cloths in our room. One positive was that the bed was very comfortable. The door to the toilet/shower compartment was a big, heavy sliding barn door that made so much noise that they echoed up and down the hallway, sounding like thunder.

Staff were nice, but it would be better if they can help us with the luggage. Overall it’s good.

Drive through the property was a maze. Finding the actual lodge is past the visitor center.
