Very expensive and overrated. 600 USD per day and there are no basic amenities,,
-
If you are looking for a tv or refrigerator in the room you won’t find one but remember you are there to explore. I recommend you have family games to entertain the children in the evening.
-
Overall, it was good, however there was no TV and internet was hardly working.
-
No Wi-Fi reception, no tv on room for the price I paid not impressed AT ALL.
-
It’s a good

No Tv in room
-
Nice and quiet. No tv and WiFi didn’t work.
-
The cabin room was spacious but the hand soap and shower body wash was empty. The housekeeper didn’t even service our room even though we asked for service.
-
Great location and delicious eateries and shops.
-
horrible WIFI, no television, shower curtain rod was so high that curtain only met top of tub, no plugs on outside walls by bed that would hold our chargers, no washcloths, bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in shower were almost empty and pumps would not work. Grounds: great walking trail starting at back of property! Loved that! We also loved the dining hall and pizza place, but we were very disappointed that all ice-cream places close at 8:00 in summer. There’s nothing to do after 8:00….no tv, no wifi, no ice-cream. Check in instructions should be more clear. We guessed where to go after driving around for a while. This place has the potential to be really wonderful, but it’s way too pricey for a place with these complaints.

Basic accommodations but very clean and well maintained. Great location. Stayed 2 nights to explore the Canyon area.

Canyon Village was a great stay overall because of the location and amenities. The rooms are pretty standard. The great thing is there is filtered water and an ice machine available in each building. It's ideally located close to the Yellowstone Grand Canyon. We easily got to Hayden Valley, Lamar Valley, Yellowstone Lake, Old Faithful, the hot springs, and Mammoth Hot Springs from our location. We were walking distance to the cafeteria and shops in Canyon Village. You had descent food options at Canyon Village. The only issues we had were with the cleanliness and stocking of the rooms. When we arrived, the toilet was clearly not cleaned. We called the front desk and they sent someone very quickly to clean the toilet. However, that made me feel like the whole place in general wasn't clean. We opted to have our sheets changed daily, although we did put up our "do not disturb sign" every once in awhile. Every time our room was cleaned, our dirty towels were left in the room. When our toilet paper was low, it was not replaced. We had to call for extra toilet paper. And our shampoo dispenser was filled with hand soap. After two nights of strange, thin, lack of foaming shampoo, I called the front desk. They were gracious and replaced it with actual shampoo. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again. But I would be prepared to request for things to be done. Everyone was very nice about it.

Located inside the park, Food services are less than average. There was no WiFi service during the whole stay. Nobody bothered to fix it they said it’s the park problem although 500 meters from the facility in the food court they had full WiFi services.
-
Best location in the park! Great rooms. Access to laundry services. Highly recommended
-
great location inside the park
-
Bedrooms and bathrooms were not cleaned despite our asking. Food choices are minimal and overpriced. The lodge is overpriced due to its convenience near park.
