The room was clean and modern and much better than what we got at old faithful inn and signal mountain lodge. There was no TV and microwaves, but that is ok for a national park visit. Overall a decent property for the price.

Poor amenities. Poor quality food. High school cafeteria level. Basement room, tiny bathroom. Poor mattress.

Cabin was amazing!

The staff were excellent. The cabin was nice but it did not have a fridge or TV. The lack of a TV would have not been a problem except for the horrible wi-fi. I had to drive back to the lobby for a better signal but I could not even send a text message. I can only guess this was the reason the lobby was full of people including a lot of children. Not very many places to sit down. The situation was made worse because rain started at noon and did not stop until the next day. The cost was ridiculously expensive as well. We were looking forward to enjoying a beer with dinner at the Canyon Lodge M66 but it was unexpectedly closed. The entire food area was extremely crowded again due to the rain. I would not stay again.

No tv or hair dryer

Small queen beds!! No such thing as Deluxe room don’t pay extra. Food options are difficult if you have any dietary restrictions.
-
Very nice and new. I didn’t realize it was so big. Very comfortable rooms and enjoyed having lots of food options

Room was clean, but very small. I read some reviews and really didn't notice anyone mentioning that there is no TV and no AC. The evenings were cool, so we requested a fan. Fans are a must and why these rooms don't have ceiling fans is a mystery. I main issue was how small the shower was. My husband and I are not large people and we both had difficulty in the shower. I cannot imagine a big man trying to shower. Regardless, the facility is very well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is really just a place to sleep/shower before you are off to your next adventure (-:

Worst hotel that I have stayed at. Very poor customer service. They had power outage and provided us with zero equipment. Couldn’t even find the way to bathroom. No hot shower. They did not give us any compensation
-
No microwave, no TV, no a/c, creaking table fan.
-
Great for what you can get inside the park. No complaints!
-
small room. no room service at all. conditioner and body wash bottle were empty from start to end, luckily we brought ours
-
Great hotel, stuff was very helpful
-
Could have used air condiioning not only for cooling purposes but to filter out smoke from remote fires.
-
Staff are really passionate about helping customers
-
Close to all the attractions
-
Thee lodge was in the perfect location to see everything in the park. It also had a good amount of food options at this location.

Good experience for family trip

Excellent

We saw a bison inside the lodge, surreal. Good food - options like Ramen, Pho and sandwiches/burgers. Gift shops. The lodges could be better designed though, no ceiling fan or AC. Our table fan was broken, and they were out of spares. Also, what's with the shower curtain being above the rim of the bathtub?
