We enjoyed our stay it was relaxing, clean , and had everything we needed. Plus breakfast was great! And the staff was amazing!

We've stayed at this location several times now. The hotel is very clean and staff is always very nice and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good too. Just wished they had a jacuzzi though.. pool area was clean as well.

Everything was smooth easy check in process, walk up breakfast.

It is a new hotel with a strategic location that makes it easy from there to make any tour to points of interest such as Big Bear, Palm Springs. The service is amazing, warmth of the staff always willing to serve the guests. Good breakfast menu. A perfect rate between value and benefit.

Every aspect of the hotel was good, but not excellent. We enjoyed our short stay and appreciate the staff and amenities that we encountered.

We had a room next to an exit. I didn't get any sleep, people where in and out all night. The door slamming again, and again. Needs better sound proofing.

We have stayed here once before and enjoyed it very much. We came back because kids and grandkids are in the area. Great stay. Coming back in November to our home away from home.

The interior and rooms were a decent size N/A

Breakfast was good. Only thing was there bed sheets were dirty/stained we asked to get them changed and even when changed they still had stains. Only the top cover was changed the sheets that were stained were still left there after we asked for them to be changed.

Room wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom had used hygiene products left on counter. Sheets had multiple hairs throughout both beds. Looked like it wasn’t cleaned just turned down. Complained to front desk and was told we had to change our sheets ourselves. Went through 3 sets of sheets before we found “clean” sheets to make our beds with. Extremely disappointed in a place we have stayed at multiple times.

Everything was great however next time we will request a littler quieter room Unfortunately, we had noisy people staying next door and had to call the front desk to quiet them down.

Breakfast was very marginal. We chose instead to ti go to McDonalds for food. Dog relief area is ridiculously small.

This hotel is in a great location for those who don't like over busy or crowded cities. Our stay was great and we had a peaceful night. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
