The breakfast was great We weren’t checked in when we arrived. We weren’t updated when the systems came back up sometime after 8pm. There needs to be a better system in place for internet outages our whatever the problem was. The whole lobby was filled with angry people and it was the worst experience we had in our road trip. Also, my husband came downstairs to buy water bottles (charge them to the room) and the staff was extremely impatient and rude, telling him he needed to WAIT when they were not busy helping anybody. They should have stopped whatever they were doing to take our money for the water. This isnt a customer entitlement situation, this is just plain poor customer service.

Staff was AMAZING. Price was a tad bit high but it was an awesome stay. Nothing that I can think of.

It was a very clean, safe and friendly visit. The breakfast was a hit as always! That’s one of the reasons we stop to stay there when we are passing through.
