The front desk staff were excellent. We did not like that we did not get housekeeping until Friday, the day before we were checking out.

And the pool didnt smell at all like chlorine which really worries me. I ran a pool cleaning company for a long time & when you cant smell chlorine at a pool that ISNT salt, thats usually a sign the chemicals are off. I chose this place to stay at because my husband and I previously rented a king bed room and it was great. We brought our family with us this time and was HIGHLY disappointed, especially after spending the kind of money we spent.

Coffee We reserved a king bed but the facility changed it to two queen beds b/c we booked third party through booking! Did not change the price either!

The hotel was in a convenient location for our visit to the area. The breakfast was convenient though the food options were limited and weren’t what I would usually eat (I like fruit and yogurt). We were at least able to get some coffee in the morning. The rooms had everything we needed though the toilet needed a little jiggle every time it was flushed and the shower rod required tightening to the wall. The included EV charging station was out of order which we brought to their attention. Staff were always very friendly and helpful!
