I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed

Ryan and the team were top notch. They always treat us like we are family and valued guest. Even if located in Yuma, Ryan and all thw staff work like the hotel is ranked 5 stars and they do an amazing job.

The reason for the poor rating was during checkout the younger Hispanic girl was extremely rude. Made me feel like I did something wrong for a simple misunderstanding at checkout. Will 100% never stay here again or recommend due to the way we were treated
