First room was not clean, Second Room smelled like mold, 3rd room was Great! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was great just had to keep going to the front desk to get them to fix the tv but other then that my stay here was great. I would stay again. Just have to fix the TV everytime you trying to turn it on.

Very clean, and friendly staff but the breakfast is the best breakfast I have had when staying in a hotel. Parking available by the door.

Nothing. I didn’t even end up staying here due to the terrible conditions. Roach on the counter and a bed bug in the bed. Mold in the hotel and it smelled terrible. Rust on the doorframes and damp feeling.

Stayed for 11 days. Refrigerator not working properly. Pool was always dirty. I asked for the pool to be cleaned and it never was. That was disappointing that I couldn’t enjoy the pool all those days. There was gnats always in my room. I couldn’t adjust the a/c , it was stuck at one setting. The key never worked. Every day I had to go to the front desk to activate my room key which was very frustrating. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was the same every day, so a little more variety would have been appreciated\. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant\. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful, but there are a few areas that could be improved\.

I had an issue with my first room. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice to accommodate me and switch my room. The second room was a lot better. I enjoyed my stay. I think the hotel needs to be updated and painted, it’s grimy. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again.

Quote- I have a reservation - “check in is at 3, I will do you then” it was 2:45. Room door was open & very hard to close, sink leaked on the floor, refrigerator unplugged, black mold above window, Carpet dirty etc. no longer a Comfort Suites franchise
