How do I get access to try it?
Reach out to our team and we'll set up an Omni account with sandbox access. Once you're in, you can run the full search and booking flow.
Is the sandbox the same as production?
The sandbox environment uses the same API and the same calls, so what you build carries straight over. Prices are test values, no reservation is ever sent to a hotel, and hotel content like photos and room descriptions is more limited than in production.
What does Engine handle, and what do I build?
It depends on how you build. With Omni Go, you launch a co-branded booking site that Engine hosts and runs, connected directly to your product. With the full API, you build the booking experience inside your product. Either way, Engine supplies the hotels and pays the hotel on every booking, and you choose how customer payments and traveler support work.
Does Omni offer flights or cars?
Today, Omni is built for hotel booking. Flights and cars are coming soon.
Can bookings be changed after they're made?
Bookings can be cancelled depending on the policy. Omni also has the capability to support booking modifications for qualifying partners. Ask our team what's available for your integration.
