Typical Fairfield, which is good…no surprises. My biggest complaint with Fairfield is the lack of a chair in the room…not a fan of having to sit on the bed because the uncomfortable office chair is not an option.

Hotel was great. However, their 72-hour cancellation policy cost me $300 because I couldn’t cancel the last night of our FOUR NIGHT reservation, despite trying to cancel it THE SECOND NIGHT of our trip. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been here twice now and I’m always greeted with a smile. The guy at the desk is always so bubbly and happy!! And I’ve been able to check in early!! Rooms have been immaculate. Clean clean clean! Can’t say enough good about my stays. I’ll be back for sure.

the location I was double charged by Fairfield and booking.com and neither wants to refund me

The property is fine, nice and quiet despite being close to the road which is super convenient and the breakfast was pretty decent as well. Booking through booking.com was a nightmare for me. I was charged and then charged again when I got there to check in which was not good for me. I am glad the staff and manager were very responsive. Needless to say we resolved the issues very professionally.

The breakfast was great, alot of options and good food. The room had everything i needed and was very clean. The staff was always available and very friendly! I would like the breakfast to be available earlier in the morning.

The room was wonderful. The staff were very understanding when I left a pair of tennis shoes in the room upon checkout. They kept the shoes safe for me until my Grandson could pick them up for me. Thank you! Thank you!!

Showers were lukewarm at best, even with hot water fully up. Water pressure also very low. Only 1 washcloth and 3 bath towels in our room. No blankets or sheets or pillows in the room for the soda bed.
