Great size of room, breakfast, and staff were very professional and friendly!

It was clean and quiet. We had quite a few choices at breakfast that included gluten free as well.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and check in and check out were great

Marcia L was amazing. She was so kind and really helped us out. The Marriott is privileged to have such an amazing front desk employee. The rate for first night was too high. The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all. My back hurt for days. We had to stay 2 extra nights because of car troubles so its good we got better sleeping arrangements.

Everything was great, but the Davenport didn’t open up

breakfast was good. My Family really enjoyed it. Amazing. I booked my vacation over a month ago and I booked a 2-bed 2-bathroom to only get a two bed one bathroom. And the third party I booked with tried the whole 2 days my family an I was there to get me a fully refunded stay, but the manager was unreachable. Overall experience, after going every single year to see my elderly father was horrible, Do not want to return to this particular hotel.

Very nice rooms

The employees were nice, the room was so clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the size of the accessible room for 2 queen beds. My aunt said the beds being lower to the ground helped her a lot with her knees. She’s had surgery on both knees and we were in town for a doctor’s appointment for her.

Everything from checking in to checking out was easy.

Was really comfortable

The rooms were very noisy. The air conditioning was loud and I could hear everything everyone was saying in the hallway, outside and upstairs above. It was spacious and clean but I couldn’t sleep. I think the upstairs room checked out at six and a maid started cleaning at that time. It sounded like someone was throwing around oranges or potatoes or something Very loud

I had an almost stellar stay the two nights I was there. The only thing was that the coffee maker still had old ground packs in it that I had to throw out. Other than that, it was great!

The breakfast was amazing. And the breakfast attendant I did not get her name was very, very friendly. We enjoyed our stay even though it was sad circumstances for the visit.

Fantastic stay!! TownePlace always has ckean rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast. All the rhings you expect from a Marriott property!!
