Hot tub was broken and we had requested a handicap accessible shower and we got a tub.

The hotel was nice. The staff were great! The air conditioner in our room made a pretty loud rattling noise when the air/fan was tuning off so that kept us awake some at night. The fitness room is super tiny. The breakfast area was a nice size and had many choices. Overall a good stay!

The stay was good, unfortunately and quick in and back out of the hotel.

This hotel was very nice. Convenient location. Ample parking. Nice lobby. Great room. Very nice breakfast and plenty of places to sit in the breakfast area. The girl that checked us in wasn't very helpful at all and just told me to "look at the map" when I asked her about our room location compared to thestairs, elevator. There were people behibd me in line and she made me feel rushed so I didn't really get to look at the map. Because of that, we took the longest way possible both on the first floor to the elevator (which is way in the corner) and then again on the second floor to our room. She could have said that our room was RIGHT up the stairs behind where we were standing. One person doesn't speak for the whole hotel, though.

This was a very nice Hotel for two nights

The room we checked into wasn't cleaned at all with keys left in there from the last one. They were nice enough to upgrade or room. But, in that room we went to take a shower and no body soap or hair shampoo left in bottles. We had to exchange the empty for full ones.

Was very pleased with the room it was clean.

Room was good and met my needs.

Wish the hot tub was working or that everything was great.

Great location and hotel!

Bed was bad . No place to hang clothes

Everything was great once the check in got straightened out as they mistakenly gave our room to another guest but we didn’t find out until we went to our room. The poor girl working alone on graduation weekend finally figured out the staff member before her coded our room by accident to the other guest and that the room that was meant for them was empty so we got their room. It worked out in the end which was a big relief as everything else in town was booked because of both the college and high school graduations happening the same weekend.

Also, it was way too expensive.

Great Family Experience

The employee at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. My room was very clean. My bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. However, the ceiling vent in the bathroom was very very dirty. There was no tv channel guide in my room. I asked at the front desk if the tv had any local channel. She couldn’t find a channel guide but told me she thought maybe channel 3 was local. No channel 3!

Everything Nothing

The continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff friendly and genuine.

Clean room, easy access to get in and out of. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We forgot an item in our room and they called us within five minutes of checking out. This is our second stay with them, and both times have been an excellent experience.

Our stay was pretty comfortable. We were sad to find out that the hot tub was shut down for resurfacing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in quickly. We paid extra to stay in one of their suites. The room was not very clean. The mini fridge was covered in spilt soda, the bathroom floor had yellow staining, one room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was hair from other people on the floors of the bathroom and in the shower/jacuzzi.
