the staff was rude, they asked for a 50 dlls deposit and that was never said when room was booked, that deposit was not returned so the cost for the dirty and awful room was 170 dlls total

There was no breakfast, very disappointing in the facility what was said to be available wasn't

Roaches on my feet

Clean room but not nice, broken windows on some rooms, (not mine), door did not lock (had to lift sagging door so that door would lock), small tv that would freeze.

Room size is much bigger and has ample space to move around WiFi is painfully slow, don't expect to work or use streaming services over the WiFi

The rooms were not clean, they had roaches and when we went to say something they said there were roaches they did not offer a refund or anything they were rude. I would highly not recommend staying here. Definitely go somewhere else for sure.

Room was dilapidated, water barely ran in shower, beds were terribly uncomfortable, locks wouldn't work correctly, dark parking area, bathroom smelled really bad, musty and dirty.

I was put in a handicap room. Bed sheets were dirty. Noise was ridiculous had to call front desk numerous times. Shower was made for someone in a wheelchair. The person who signed me up was rude…not a hello just a show me your ID. Not even a simple Thank you, just here’s your key. I will never go back to this hotel.

I couldn’t take a photo because I felt disgusted and uncomfortable. I just wanted to get through the night as quickly as possible and leave. I also want to mention that the staff was okay and polite. I understand that this type of situation may not be directly their fault, but the room condition and cleanliness need improvement. The room cost me over $100 including taxes, which was very expensive for the condition of the room.
