I did not eat there. Facilities were ok Seating not comfortable but facilities were clean

Not great stay. Location was great & most of staff friendly. Room was clean but breakfast area was very crowded & no coffee two mornings at 7:45. Biggest complaint was dog in room across hall barking most of night & even during the day and pool was very dirty both in water & on pool deck. Pool readings had not been updated for several days - took pic of latest post. When mentioned to front desk there was no acknowledgement or apology.

It was goodfor a restful night sleep

Clean comfortable room. Easy access to downtown.

We were only there 2 nights and housekeeping did not come in which really was not a problem. Would we have to request them if we needed them?
-
Lousy mattress, cheap bed linens, uncomfortable lobby. Poor wi-fiinstructions. They didn’t workin the Libby, onkyinyour room.

While sleeping a stranger walked into our room. He may or may not have been hotel staff but rather than identifying himself he just said “oh shit” and walked out. Then we discovered our water was off. At 11:30 at night we had to change rooms. The hotel clerk who identified herself as the “front desk manager” was hateful. She gave us a 20% discount but that didn’t come close to making up for the horrible Hilton experience. The lack of professionalism. This property in no way met the Hilton standard I’m use to as a Hilton Honors member.

The hostess was accommodating upon our arrival. The same for our departure. Knowledgable about local restaurants. Very well pleased with the service and accommodations.

Great place and great price

Very clean, very modern, very safe, great staff. Always love Spark hotels, have never had a complaint.

Room was clean & comfortable. Would pick Spark again. Only thing I would change is breakfast. Not enough choices. Hot breakfast would be nicer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the room all the way at the end of the second floor. When we walked to the room, in the last hallway segment there was a strong smell that made it difficult to breath. The smell did not extend into our room, however. There were multiple trash cans lined up in the hallway all across the doorway to one room so it appeared that something had happened there. The breakfast was ok with juice, breads, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. We left the next day feeling somewhat rested. It was OK.

This place was very clean, convenient location without being super noisy from the high way. We did just use it as a place to sleep, so didn’t really check out the grounds too much, but the staff was very nice and efficient.
-
The proximity to the interstate. Our room smelled awful. The tub’s faucet was hanging off (we were able to fix), the tub’s water knob was off-kilter (in both rooms we had), there was not a coffee maker in the room, the hallway smelled like weed, the elevator was hot and also had a smell, there was not an ice maker, the bathroom door did not close, continental breakfast was very lacking - bagels, cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs- and the cereal was clumped up in each container and the coffee station was dirty.
-
very clean. good place to stop for a nights rest.

There was a really weird smell in the hallway outside of our room. It was in the room at first but someone brought air freshener to the room which helped a lot. The room was fine after that but the hallway continued to smell during our weekend stay. Our room was clean.

Breakfast could have been a little better. There were no meat selections to choose from.
-
The bathroom could have been cleaner, specifically the toilet.

Loved the minimalist aesthetic. Very clean. Breakfast fine. Our only issue: entrance was a bit tricky, Uphill from town requires going past the motel and doing a U-turn to double back, on a high traffic road. But in Abingdon again, we would definitely lodge again at the Spark
